Always great products but their customer service is just as good. Took care of my issues swiftly and completely. Will continue to consistently purchase from BYLT.

I was confused about a transaction that included a gift certificate. The confirmation email I received about the transaction said the gift certificate wasn't used during the transaction, and I was charged the full price. I contacted BYLT, and Leon, the representative, said this was an error, and in fact, the gift certificate worked, and I wasn't charged, except for the remaining balance. Leon was clear, helpful, got to the point, and was courteous. Thanks for the quick support BYLT, and you too Leon!

WELCOME20 20% discount code is a scam. I had never purchased anything from the site before and when I enter the code it says it is not available. And of course there is no one to contact. Texting is obviously handled by a bot.

Long-time BYLT customer, and this latest experience has completely changed my view of the company. After spending thousands of dollars with them over the years, I’ve now learned their customer service is nonexistent when there’s an actual issue.

My return package was physically handed to my mail carrier someone I know well who regularly takes outgoing packages from my home business. The package is now lost, and instead of helping, BYLT has delayed, deflected, and subtly implied I never sent it back.

After weeks of emails and repeated follow-ups just to get responses, I’m now out a significant amount of money with zero resolution, zero accountability, and zero concern for a loyal customer. If something goes wrong, don’t expect BYLT to stand behind you…Absolutely terrible customer service and has me rethinking if I will ever support this brand again.

Rachelle is fantastic. I purchase a significant amount from BYLT, and while the quality is always top-notch, occasionally something just doesn’t work out. Rachelle is consistently responsive, helpful, and makes the return process seamless. She’s also great at answering fit questions, which I really appreciate. Between the product and her level of service, BYLT has earned my business season after season.

I made a mistake and had my order shipped to the wrong address. I have bought very often from BYLT and was happy to see that they were accommodating and understanding of this issue. They shipped me another shirt at no cost. I really appreciate the service.

I love BYLT clothing. It's not super thin like others, and I know I'm getting a great quality. But lately, I'm also noticing more and more how great their customer service is. They're quick to respond and have been able to meet all my needs.

Our latest purchase was the first time we encountered a problem. Although it was past the return window, our representative made an exception and authorized a return.
