Moe at BYLT quickly reached out to me regarding a less than favorable review of a shirt I purchased recently. I am a fan of the BYLT lines of clothes and i wear BYLT clothing daily so I was dissapointed when a shirt I purchased failed to meet the quality of all the items a had previously bought.
Moe halped to resolve my issue and I am truly thankful for that rapid response.

I’ve been wearing Bylt clothing now for 4years. I am a dentist and on my feet all day. I switched to wearing their pants exclusively and I can say they perform better than any “active” pants I have worn. After placing a recent order, there was a delay in the shipping. Pat helped me resolve the issue quickly and professionally. In today’s world, that’s not the norm. Go ahead and pull the trigger on that order, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been a BYLT customer for a long time and have purchased many items from them over the years. I recently had a quality issue with three pairs of pants from the same order, which was disappointing because it wasn’t what I normally expect from BYLT.

What impressed me was how their customer service handled it. Pat responded professionally, acknowledged the issue, and offered to replace all three pairs without making the process difficult.

Problems can happen with any company. What matters to me is how the company responds when something goes wrong, and BYLT handled this the right way. This is exactly why I continue to be a loyal customer. Great customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Highly recommended.

My order was missing an item and Denise was very prompt in reaching out to me and getting a new item sent out as soon as possible. Great to deal with and helped solve my issue quickly

Bylt is my favorite brand, best style, best cost, best bang for your dollar and their customer service experience is truly second to none.

Customer Service is excellent! I had an issue with my order, not at the fault of BYLT. But Leon, in my opinion, went above and beyond to assist and resolve my issue. I was thoroughly pleased. I will continue to support their business.

Have quite a few items from BYLT and love them all. My order was wrong and Jan from customer did not hesitate to make it correct with no hassle. Great clothing and better customer care.

I wrote to inquire about a delayed fulfillment, and was surprised by the prompt and generous response. Logistical changes had created delays and they gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I have one other BYLT shirt, which I love. Very much looking forward to receiving new order.

Purchased some tank tops, returned 2, got another shirt instead. Great transaction, easy returns, great clothes. I contacted them with a question & they were quick to reply & very helpful.

My package got lost so I contacted them. They responded quickly and sent a new package. Great people and business!

I mistakenly returned two shirts I ordered for my son and mixed up the order numbers. Leon understood the situation and assured me that what I did was ok and the returns would be processed correctly.
I was impressed with how quickly I heard back from him after I emailed about the situation.

Excellent customer service with a faster-than-expected response time. Leon was quick to address my concerns and find a resolution to the issue. Very impressed with my experience.

Absolutely terrible service. The new warehouse is great, but when you don't put effort into your customers, you lose their faith and trust. Do better.

Do not order anything from them online. It’s been a month and I received no shipping updates and when I email them they randomly tell me it was delivered a week ago which is not true as I never received the package

The shirts are so long !
They fit fine on the chest but they hang too low and there is now way to return them !!
Bad

Shipping absolutely sucks. I needed these shirts for a photo shoot not only that they didn’t arrive within provided time. They are delayed now for the third time. There’s no phone number to this company you rely on email.

It’s a hit or a miss. There are plenty of companies that do very similar clothing not a fan due to shipping.
