Love love love BYLT . Been wearing their gear for years! Fits perfectly and lasts for years!!!

I first purchased your products in 2021 as a gift for my young adult son, and he immediately loved the look and fit. His favorites include the Everyday Pants 2.0, drop-cut T-shirts, polo shirts, and even the jacket. Five years and over a dozen orders later, he now wears your brand almost exclusively. Thank you for consistently making great products and providing excellent customer service! I look forward to gifting him my recent order.

Good customer service - reasonable and responsive, great products

Delayed shipping order with no update..I ordered two pairs of gym shorts nearly two weeks ago, and they still don't know my delivery date. I like the brand as I bought a few items in store. But the online customer service has been bad thus far. They offered me 20% off which was nice, and said they would follow up on the delivery date, but it's now been a week and they have not responded.

My favorite product from Bylt is the Drop-Cut Polo: BYLT Signature. The Lux is nice too, but the Signature is my favorite. Love them so much I’ve bought all the colors available, as well as multiple black since that’s my favorite color. Even bought some polos for my friends. Customer service is awesome as well. One of my many packages that I bought experienced a shipping delay. I sent an email/chat with my order number and got a prompt reply and resolution. There are so many clothing ads on social media, so it’s hard to trust which is legit. Bylt is the real deal. I’ve been promoting them so hard my friends think I work for them lol. I promise I don’t. I just enjoy quality products. And this is one.

I recently made a purchase and immediately realized I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size. I reached out to BYLT support via email and chat - and asked if they could change the sizing on my order. Their support told me that they couldnt change sizing on the order - but they could cancel the order, refund me, and then i could re-order with the correct sizing. Well - when I tried to re-order - the sales price was no longer in effect. I called BYLT support - they gave me a special code to offer up the same sales pricing even though the sale deadline had expired - and I was able to re-order with the original sales pricing. Ive had similar experiences with BYLT on many occasions - and their support / customer satisfaction focus has always met my expectations. That's why I own over 30 different BYLT items (pants, polos, etc.).

Terrible company. Ordered something 10 days ago no updates other than delay at new warehouse. Emailed company through customers service due to high demand take three days to get back. Are you kidding me. Too much competition out there alo Viori sorry lost a customer before I even received package. Good luck with new warehouse.

Let’s face it, it stinks to buy things by mail. I own a few BYLT shirts that don’t fit me well. Even though some of their merchandise can only be exchanged and not returned for a refund, BYLT Basics does a good job trying to be accommodating given the cumbersome online order process and shipping fees. When you do find some of their clothes at the right size, the fit and fabric is very good. They could get five stars by clearly mentioning if their products have a tailored or relaxed fit.
