What a great company. My customer service rep Kelvin Rugamba handled my lost order in the mail perfectly and was able to get a replacement order sent out right away. Excellent customer service and a great company with great products. Will be buying again.

Customer service is second to none Mercy got back with me very quickly. I just wish they had more roam knit joggers in stock!

My name is Sean, and I recently placed an order through the Canadian site. As a long-time BYLT customer, I wanted to recognize the excellent support I received from one of your customer service representatives.

Although I initially reached out through the US site, they were incredibly helpful, understanding, and empathetic. They clarified that the Drop-Cut V-Neck: LUX colors listed as "Sage Yellow" and "Light Olive" are actually the same color and that the website naming had not yet been updated. They also shared my feedback with the team to help prevent future customer confusion.

I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. The outstanding customer service I received reinforced why I continue to shop with BYLT.

I returned the product I didn’t like and they never issued a refund claiming that they didn’t receive the package even though I shipped it was the label they provided. I had to contact my bank to resolve this because they ignored my emails and refused to work this out.

The quality of their products are amazing and on top of that their customer service is exceptional. They were responsive on my inquiry and provided the assistance I was looking for. I really appreciate the team over at BYLT.

I’ve been buying from BYLT since around 2017, and I’m pretty sure I’ve spent close to $5,000 with them at this point. 😂

I’ve got just about everything they make—shirts, pants, jackets, and accessories—and I keep coming back because the quality and fit are consistently on point. Their clothes are comfortable, look great, and hold up really well. They’ve basically BYLT wardrobe (see what i did there. 🕵🏼‍♀️

On top of that, their customer service has always been awesome whenever I’ve needed anything.

I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.Just don’t blame me when half your closet ends up being BYLT too.

I've ordered multiple items from bylt in the past. Dress shirts, jeans and dress pants were all exceptional. I ordered the active shorts and thats where they lost me. Where they really lost me was not being able to get in contact with anyone from customer service. So far ive inquired twice through their website and once through my own email and have yet to get any response (its been about a month now). The active shorts I ordered started to fray and shed along the front after only a few wears, and never once were they put into the dryer. I have cheaper brand athletic shorts that ive had for years that are in way better shape.

Overall, pretty disapointing customer service from a company with a premium price tag.

Great support from the team. Timely response to my inquiries. The return process was also smooth. On top of everything, great quality and selection!
