I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday and the process was super easy using the website. I collected from the new store in Firth Park, Sheffield. You can personalise the cake and request a specific time to collect it. My plans changed last minute meaning I had to pick the cake up later than planned and the staff were brilliant with this. The cake we ordered was delicious and so light and fluffy. We will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered my Son, a lion King cake from cake box went to pick up at nearly closing time open the box to find that they had given me a Moana cake when I questioned why was it a Moana cake? The store told me that they did not do a lion King cake anymore and that this was the next best thing I explained to them that I ordered the Lion King cake from the website and I also spoke to the shop an hour before and they told me that his cake was ready to go of a Moana cake after having a dispute with the shop worker for over 30 minutes was given a cake topper and told to put it on myself. I am very disappointed in cake box I still had to buy my son a Lion King cake for his birthday party that he could not eat due to his allergies

My sons birthday cake was just awful, the cake had not set and the topper was all wonky with a plastic bag of the football props being told to put these on msyelf- not as illustrated when pre-ordering online and after emailing your teams with my disappointment clearly showing how the cake has decimated away i still have had no response over a week later. Very poor show and will not use you again.

Ordered the mini egg chocolate crunch cake. The Cake was delicious, moist and perfect amount of chocolate! Everyone really enjoyed it and it was finished by the end of the party! Will definitely order that cake again was one of the best cakes ive had.

Ordered about a week before I needed. Ordered online but did call up also.
The service was professional from start to finish.
The cake was absolutely beautiful, so light and fluffy. I ordered the Victoria sponge filling and it was perfect.
Price was excellent, such good value for money.
The only minus was the phone line when trying to ask a question regarding my online order, it was such a bad connection you could barely hear when trying to speak to the person on the other end.
I would 100% recommend Cake Box and I will be using them in the future 😊

Never had any issues, the cake usually tastes quite good for the price and Cake Box is always reliable when it comes to collection and consistency of quality.
