Good cake and service
Never had any issues, the cake usually tastes quite good for the price and Cake Box is always reliable when it comes to collection and consistency of quality.

The spelling of name was wrong
The spelling of name was wrong. I placed order online and rang in to confirm the details next day everything was confirmed ok. The reason I rang was it’s happened before with me that wrong cake was made. The staff tried their best but the photo was changed which ruined the cake. It was reprinted and just put in the middle which didn’t look good I have got video. I had no option but to accept it.

The look was tempting, the service was timely, the people very nice... but...
The cake was insipid! Lack of mango taste, lack of taste at all, lack of consistency. It was the most boring cake I tried in my entire life. And it was for a birthday... even worst... people was trying it and looking like "what is this..."
