I couldnt believe I was able to order a freshly baked personalized cake to be collected so quick. It made my daughters extra special. The cake was beautiful and so light and fluffy. Went down a treat with the whole family. Will be using everytime i need a cake in future!

Nice cake
Nice cake, no eggs and suitable for vegetarians as well. Personally, I felt the amount of cream is more than needed though.

The ordering process is so easy
The ordering process is so easy, as was the service at the shop. The cake itself was absolutely superb, everyone really enjoyed it, and commented on how light and tasty the cake was, it really made my wife's birthday.

Disgusting 🤢
Both the cheesecake and slice of cake i bought today (£4.00 and £4.95 were synthetic tasting, dry and a total waste of money. I would go as far as to say disgusting! Will never buy anything from this shop again.

Antwoord van Cake Box
Dear Tracey,
We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cheesecake and cake slice you purchased. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we apologise that the taste and texture did not meet your expectations.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We take customer concerns seriously and will pass your comments on to the relevant team for review.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Service Team
Fantastic service
Fantastic service, seamless transaction, very kind and polite customer service. I literally ordered the cake the day before and it was ready for me the following day and tasted beautiful. Thankyou so much xx

Beautiful cake from Aberdeen shop 🎂
Beautiful cakes both to look at and to eat. I ordered the 5 fruit Platter cake for 81 servings for a special family party. I preordered months before. It was all ready for me to collect and best of all precut so easily served. The fruit on top made it look fresh and appetising. Everyone loved it. I would recommend both the efficiency of the Aberdeen shop and the quality of the cake itself.
