I’ve been ordering cakes for my kids from you for the past couple of years, and the quality has always been really good. However, this time I was quite disappointed. The cake was very dry and lacked moisture, which was not what we expected based on our previous experiences. I hope you’ll take this feedback positively and maintain the same quality as before, as we’ve always been happy with your cakes.

We have ordered so many times from cake…
We have ordered so many times from cake box there is no doubt almost all the cakes are yummy and delicious and fresh as well i usually order there new flavours and different cakes to try them and have a new test but this time we ordered mango flavoured cake for our son’s birthday party, there was no test of mango at all not even scent of mango in the cake, we didn’t like it not even our gussets liked it and it went to the bin, not happy at all felt like waisted our money even though there prices are so high we still preferred cake box in Portsmouth as not many cake shops in portsmouth but not anymore i think

Amazing Cake and Service
Site was so easy to navigate, collection times were brilliant - I got to choose the time which was really impressive. The shop is spotless and bright with all the delicious cakes on display - the man who served me was so friendly - he showed me the cake to make sure I was happy with it and gave me storage instructions. The cake itself was delicious and looked amazing.
