Not a great experience
Not a great experience, I was forced to place order online order where they could take in store I was advised they are busy in branch can’t take any orders and if I need to place order for same day have to be online on website and that’s their the company rules for same day orders.
Can that be investigated is staff are misleading customers on same day orders or if that’s the company policy all orders need to place online. Which I did and received my order same day in 6 hours as selected. Not great experience from Cake box great western Road branch Glasgow.

Problems on the website
It was the first time I bought on the site and unfortunately I couldn't put the phrase on the cake, happy birthday with my daughter's name, I sent an email reporting the problem, they said they would put her name on the cake, but when I went to get it there was no her name on the cake, apart from this problem, the cake was very good and very friendly attendant, next time I will personally go to the store to avoid these unwanted surprises.

I ordered this as a last minute thing
I ordered this as a last minute thing. Very impressed with how quick it could be made.
The cake its self was delicious! Very light, moist and fluffy! The cream was delicious and fresh!
The only small minor issue was the picture. It was a little pixely. It also started to bubble after a few hours.
Other than that, it was amazing, well priced! And I would order again!
