Very easy to order, expensive but worth it!

Didn't even receive my order. I'm so disappointed as it was for an anniversary gift. There is no sign of a replacement order or refund. Will never use again.

These were absolutely beautiful looking cupcakes, packaged well so there was no damage. And even better they tasted out of this world. They were all eaten at the party very quickly. Gorgeous sponge and the icing was delicious.

Disappointed that delivery wasn’t complete - left in stairwell - furthest away from recipients address …… didn’t know it was there until 2 hours later ….

I ordered Candy's cupcakes as a last minute thought/treat for my daughter-in-laws baby shower. could not have made a better decision, shopped online and found these delicious looking cupcakes not only designed for a baby shower but were blue which she is having a boy so were perfect for the occasion. They arrived the next day and were packaged so well so were all in perfect condition and they tasted as good as they looked. Would definitely order from here again as the price was reasonable too - what a service!! BRAVO!!

We ordered 60 vegan cupcakes for our family reunion in Scotland. The cupcakes arrived on schedule and exactly as we ordered. They were well packaged and beautifully presented. And of course, they were delicious!

I ordered photo cupcakes for my sons 16th birthday. They were well packed and good condition when arrived. Unfortunately, the photo was really bad and was faded looking. The picture quality i sent to them was perfect. Now the cakes just look cheap and unprofessional.

It was my first time ordering a Candys cupcake, it was for my daughter‘s 15th birthday and if I’m honest, it wasn’t the best experience given the amount of money it cost. I was disappointed as I’ve heard good things about them, the concept was good. Delivery although not your issue wasn’t great the Box has just dumped upside down outside my front door when they found I wasn’t in (even though it did say this way up on the Box 🤦🏼‍♀️). Once opened the cake itself had a random candle pushed into the icing, it wasn’t one of the candles I’d ordered. It was just an additional mess up, it did crash the icing on that corner, so we chose to leave the candle in when presenting the cake as a design feature LOL. The cake itself was a bit tasteless despite being chocolate sponge, and the icing was incredibly sickly and too thick in parts. The kinder Bueno pieces of chocolate on top. (I’d ordered a kinder version.) if I’m honest, we will stale. The thing that was nice was my daughter‘s reaction when she saw I’d got her kinder cake and the way it looked with all the candles on as it is a nice size. Wasn’t very impressed won’t be ordering again. But wasn’t terrible.

Beautiful cakes - they look amazing and taste amazing! Brilliantly packed, so they arrived looking in perfect condition. Also they arrived on the date requested! So overall, an excellent experience with Candy’s Cupcakes! Many thanks for making two special occasions even more special.
