We’re all absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Canopy is good, installers are good..hard working come rain or shine. Office based staff at Lancashire are also quite good. However, surveyors from this company behave like absolute cowboys - they try to agree a price without even paying a visit to take exact measurements. Then they visit and even if measurements are shorter by 2m, the price remains the same! They also seek a commitment to buy on the day of the survey to make it worth their while to pay you a visit - so much for a free quote! Once you sign up with them, the surveyors promise the sun, moon and stars by telling you that they'll get you an install date that works for you and that they'll keep you posted about how many people will be installing the canopy etc - but it was all hollow promises in the end for me. There won't be a trace of them once they take the deposit and leave. When I called my surveyor nick I'd often get told that I'd get a call back with the install date or number of people etc but no such thing would happen. It's like dealing with a black hole for prolonged periods after you sign up and all that pre sales flexibility and yes to everything replies change to complete silence once you've signed up, requiring frequent chasing up to get anything to progress or to get any updates on your order.

Everything good from start to finish. Anton (surveyor) turned up on time and advised accordingly. Fitting date adhered to and job done on day promised. No problems at all.

Cheerful employees, whilst with us, was much appreciated-thank you Andy, Tom and Mike…..except…. why doesn’t a business make sure their vans have ALL the correct items on board before leaving base?!!! Not only did this necessitate a return visit but during the installation I ended up taking one of the fitters to locate more nuts-only 5 out of 55 had been loaded! Great product now it’s complete!
