The whole experience was first rate. The salesman was polite and clear about what the construction entailed. The company also sent an engineer out to ensure the fittings on to the side of the house were marked out clearly for the fitters.
The office were able to bring my fitting date forward and kept me advised throughout.
Fitters were polite, did an excellent job and left the driveway clean after they had finished.
I am very pleased with the whole experience and the end result.

I needed to buy an awning for my new front door and came across this company after speaking with a very helpful lady I purchased a awning, when it was ready this company came and fitted the awning perfectly and it looks beautiful would definitely recommend. This company was friendly and helpful throughout and kept informed right to the end they even gave me a follow up call to discuss my aftercare pack which was lovely of them.

It was a very efficient and prompt service with only 3 weeks wait time between surveying the property and installation.

The onsite visit was painless and informative.
I decided to use the 9 Month deferred payment option :- The Finance Company was painless .Nothing else to be said on that issue.
The Installation Technician arrived early on the date set
He was polite , professional and pleasure to deal with.

Despite a structural problem with some of the brickwork, the installer, Mike, did his best to pursue with most of the installation.He will re visit for completion in January 2024. We are very delighted with the product and workmanship. A big thank you to Canopies UK.

I used canopies uk to supply and fit a new front door canopy to replace one that had rotted through. Right from the start the staff were excellent they retuned phone calls and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. I was able to select the design I wanted and they advised about the measuring up. It took about three weeks for the canopy to be delivered and fitted after the order was placed. On the day of fitting the workman turned up on time and was done in a couple of hours and took all the rubbish away. Would definitely use this company again highly recommend

The crew arrived as agreed and installed the canopy in one morning. Unfortunately one piece was the wrong size but that was remedied after a couple of weeks. The canopy looks good and will protect our new caravan. Well done.
