Very helpful on time cleaned up good job well done

I had no hesitation in choosing Canopies UK due to the fact that my parents had them install one on their house in 1990. It's still there and it's essentially what I've just had fitted to my house. These things are indestructible and they look the business too. Customer service is second to none, from initial contact to installation and follow up documentation. I even got a phone call after a week to make sure everything was ok. Couldn't be happier.

Spoke to maxime in customer service, who emailed me a brochure. That then followed to Francis coming round measuring up and giving me all the info I needed about carport fitting cost and warranty . Deposit paid .

Had a very rocky start with this company, delays, calls not returned to a point where i cancelled it all.

Had a call from one of the directors to make assurances and apologise.

When it came to the install it was seamless and i am very happy with the way it turned out. The engineers were wonderful and made a fabulous job, credit to the Company

Good communication with quick service. The 2 men fitting the car port were friendly , efficient + cleared away everything afterwards.

All aspects went well until I reminded the company of your installation date which had been set some 3 months before, to be told you couldn't do that date and you then told me the date you could do that meant 3 other contractors had to be changed causing us some issues.

The canopy was produced to a very high standard. Initial discussions with Canopies UK were very helpful and all of our questions were satisfactorily answered. The installation team worked quickly and professionally and offered useful information when asked. The whole process, from viewing the brochure, to ordering the canopy, and finally enjoying the installed product was smooth and trouble free. Highly recommended.
