Obtained a brochure online which clearly showed the products with sizes. Phoned with my requirements & it was so easy to place an order. On installation day, the team arrived early & worked well. Got a phone call for aftercare too. Very smooth operation.

It was excellent once the men came to do the job. It took a long time before a job slot could be found. A few months in fact. Without Maxine helping to organise it I think we would still be waiting. She was excellent and made herself available where others didn’t so much.

Excellent experience would definitely recommend this company. Short wait time for installation and installation carried out by Mick who was very courteous and friendly. He did a fantastic job and cleared up everything!

I had a couple of quotes for the job. And canopies uk was slightly cheaper actually. They also had the best reviews, so it was a no brainier. I’m happy I did as I’m pleased with the result. They came out when they said they would, and completed the work in a couple of hours. Looks good too. Would definitely recommend.

The fitters arrived half a day earlier than expected because they finished their previous job early. This meant that the installation was completed early too. The three gentlemen (Ben, Andy and Pete) were very friendly and polite and worked efficiently to complete the job. They left the area clean and tidy when they had finished. We had a call from the company a few days later asking if we were satisfied with the installation and to let them know if any problems arise. The carport looks great and we have had positive comments from neighbours.
We highly recommend this company.

Bought the new canopy as a replacement for a 30 year old one from Canopies UK, which had stood the test of time well. From the first phone call through to completion, excellent contact was maintained, and on the day, the job was completed quickly by a very efficient two person team, and the site left very tidy and clean. Canopy is a vast improvement in design and construction.

Good communication throughout. Installation conducted on time, with politeness and care and a certain degree of pride in their product. It looks as I expected it to, so I am pleased with the product. Time will tell, but right now it looks stylish, robust and practical.

From first enquiry to completed installation has been great. Efficient customer service, helpful staff and the installer was really great. The weather was atrocious, but the work continued. Left the driveway clean & tidy.

I can see why the reviews are brilliant, they are absolutely deserved. This company is undoubtedly the best in their field. Whilst the others I contacted were lumbering through a slow laborious disheartening response Canopies UK were out of the starting blocks like Linford Christie. From Maxine on admin and communications, to Nick O’Brien’s visit to assess the job to the amazing installation team of Dave and Ben. From call to install in a matter of a few weeks, just outstanding.

The process from start to finish was superb on our carport. Anton was a lovely guy who came out checked everything and gave us a price and installation date. Ben and Andy arrived exactly as promised, where great friendly guys and nothing was too much trouble. Great fitting and they left the area spotless. We had contact through out the process, couldn't ask for better.

From the initial enquiry through to survey and fitting we have been so impressed. The canopy is fabulous and the fitters (father and son) were great. The garden was left so tidy, removing excess soil and relaying the turf removed for the installation. Would recommend!

The work was carried out very efficiently and were very helpful. They worked all day despite the heat and did an excellent job and tidied up after they had worked all day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who would like a canopy.

Absolutely outstanding - having just spent 5 months battling with zero communication from a large windows and doors company, I can only say what a breath of fresh air this company is.

The whole process from initial email to installation was less than 4 weeks.

Great communication, I was informed at every step of the process. If they said they would call, they did. If they needed any more information, an email was sent to me promptly and responded to promptly.

Great service from Maxine, Sam, the lady in the Finance department who took payment whos name escapes me (I’m sorry!) and the two men who came to remove my old canopy and install the new one on the day.

Most of all, the canopy is beautiful. It looks fantastic alongside my new windows and doors (which I did finally get!) and is the real finishing touch in transforming the outside of my property.
