Car Team Reviews

Great service! Andy called the night before delivery to give his rough delivery time. He then kept me up to date throughout, right up to the handover. Really happy with everything!

Chris was absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and made the whole process really simple. Definitely recommend

No issues at all. Gary was informative and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Polite friendly guy.

Absolute legends delivering load of cars. Big thank you Chris, Darren, Archie and Jurgen

Very pleased with the service. Andy kept me informed from the night before right up until delivery so meant I didn’t have to stay in the house all day. Andy was very professional and polite, and I appreciated the time he took to go through the features of the car too. 10/10 manoeuvring that trailer down our road as access is extremely limited!
Thanks Andy!

Great service and what a helpful guy Andy was. Helped me set the car up with my phone and showed me around it. Thanks.

Great communication from Chris, car arrived at time stated and great customer service

Chris did a great job, and delivered the car very professionally

Great communication from Andy about arrival time. Andy also help me set up the App. Thanks

Great experience re delivery of car. Contacted the day before and regularly throughout delivery day. Andy was great, friendly and helpful. Would recommend
Thankyou!

Andy delivered the car on time, kept me updated with traffic and timings, very polite and great service.

This afternoon Charlie and Shaq dropped my brand new car off and was able to explain how the car works.
It is a shame that they had to get the bus home after doing the job - I would recommend a courtesy car so they can at least get home after delivering a car to someone, especially in this heat. Overall the communication was excellent, they were both polite and well mannered! Thank you again and God bless!

Chris delivered car on time polite guy and explained controls, thank you for your service

Fantastic service! Excellent communication before delivery and on the day of delivery with ETA update in plenty of time. Car delivered right onto the drive way, Andy displayed some fantastic reversing skills to get the trailer in! Definitely recommend, many thanks!

I believe this is the second time I've used the Car Team, and both times service has been excellent. This time Andy was very communicative, friendly and considerate. The car was very dirty at pickup, but Andy washed it himself before he dropped it off for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant first experience – highly recommended!

This was my first time using The Car Team and I’m so impressed. Our van was delivered today by Giovanni, who was absolutely fantastic – really polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and did an excellent job throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great service all round; I’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you!

Garry Hughes was polite, helpful and guided me through setting up the car connections. Very happy. Prompt service
