Car Team Reviews

Professional and helpful, even gave the car a quick clean before he arrived to deliver. Good service!

Car delivered with no hassle. Chris delivered it!!

Absolutely superb service today from start to finish nothing was too much trouble

Had a fantastic overall experience with the delivery of my new car. Luke couldn’t have been more helpful - he contacted me on collection of the car and kept me updated with his ETA. On arrival he took the time to show me some of the cars features.
Would highly recommend Car Team and especially Luke to anyone.

This was my first time dealing with Car Team and I was very happy with the service I received. Andy kept me updated throughout the journey from Cardiff to London to deliver my car and was always super friendly and professional. This despite the intense heat and lack of air conditioning in his pickup…

Excellent service and very helpful Andy
Who delivered my car with loads of care.
Respect Andy for taking care of my car👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Brilliant service from Andy.
Lovely guy and great communication throughout, made the day easy and stress free.

Great delivery service from Chris and Archie.

Fantastic communication throughout. Driver Andy took the time to send me some photos of my new vehicle the evening before delivery once he had collected it and kept me informed of the eta the following day. Delivered safe and secure in immaculate condition. Driver took the time to familiarise me with the vehicle and its key features. Friendly and professional service throughout- would highly recommend.

Guy collected a Trike today that I had sold. He informed us when he was half an hour away which was very helpful. He then ensured the trike was securely loaded before taking it 3.5 hours up country. I would highly recommend Carteam to transport your pride and joy.

Should be 6 stars.
From the moment I contacted this company, the communication and service from Cody and the team has been outstanding.
As to Guy, that delivered my precious cargo, he was outstanding in communicating when he had picked it up, where he was with regards to getting it to us, then carefully unloaded the Trike and got it into my garage.

Thank you.

Guy thank you A team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Andy!

I had a fantastic experience working with Andy at CarTeam. From start to finish, the entire process was highly professional. His communication was crystal clear, and he was incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with throughout.

Best of all, the vehicle arrived with absolutely no issues. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend asking for Andy if you want a seamless, stress-free experience!

Chris was amazing!! Very efficient, showed me around the car and the locking wheel nut, service book and any marks on the vehicle!! Would definitely recommend! Very polite and friendly gentleman!! Rhys - FUSSELL WADMAN - Peugeot

Andy was great, calling the day before to confirm eta next day as well as sending photo updates of my new car. On arrival he was polite and courteous and did a great handover of my new car

Want to give a shoutout to Guy who delivered my new car today.

Guy delivered our new Audi yesterday. Despite the roads being extremely busy because of the evening school rush, Guy did an excellent job. Very professional and approachable. Really appreciate the great service 👍
