Carbon Saving Group Reviews 

My review is mixed. My dealings with the group, the fitters and the customer service team were good. They were friendly and helpful and if the review was solely down to that then I would rate more highly but it became apparent over a year later, during a service, that the filter I had paid for to protect my central heating and water system had not been installed. When I contacted customer services they apologised and sent out an engineer to fit one. Having payed for the extended warranty, which the filter was a requirement of, it leaves me worried about any harm caused and the longevity of the system.

Staff excellent from 1st contact. very helpful over phone . Always polite, patient and treat you as an individual.
The installation team very helpful over phone, and on site the staff were friendly and informative. I left them to it, with confidence they would complete the job to a high standard, which they did. My experience has been nothing but positive, than you all for your professionalism.

My experience with Carbon Saving Group from the start was excellent. The people in the office were helpful and polite and made everything clear and understandable. The chap who came to survey the property was also very good and explained everything. Later when the two young men did the underfloor insulation were excellent and did a job which I would not like to do with cheerfulness and care and treated me with respect. Finally the plumber who fixed the new boiler worked hard and did the work efficiently and was very polite and considerate. I could not fault them and neither would I want to. The recent gas installation at my property was completed efficiently and without any fuss. Carbon Savings Group handled everything explaining options, timescales and prices then installed and completed acceptance within an extremely short time.
From the company helpline, through surveyors and installers all staff were friendly, experienced and professional; the work was of an extremely high standard and I would fully recommend CSG.

Had new boiler and underfloor insulation. Really easy to arrange, work carried out quickly and efficiently, lots of contact from Carbon Saving Group throughout letting us know dates and times. I would recommend.

Made and enquiry through the greenhome scheme and these guys couldn’t help. But they took me under their wing and we managed to get cavity filling and a new boiler for less than £500. Under the green scheme I was having to pay £1000 just for the filling!

Had a couple of quotes and went with these guys. They always answered the phone when I had any questions. My main contact with a gentleman called Andy who was very helpful and friendly.

Couldn't fault this company.They replaced our dated electric heating with gas central heating From start to finish everything was explained clearly and fully. Very professional people. Nothing was too much trouble.
Immaculate job. Would recommend to anyone.
