Families have also commented how much they love the client portal – being able to see updates in real time has made a real difference. Would absolutley recommend to any home care provider looking to modernise their operations.

My Dad’s carers have recently moved to Care Line Live. I often don’t get to see any notes so all I see is a list of tasks. Previously they used Birdie which was brilliant - I always saw notes, it gave info on his mood, physical and mental health, the % of his meals he’d eaten and so on. The transfer to Care Line has hindered rather than helped. I appreciate for the care co it may be a great system but for the family of the client it’s created stress, worry and means I have to spend daily time with my Dad just to fill in the gaps left by Care Line. I don’t mind spending time with him but for my own health and well-being I had hoped to have more “me time”.

Lewis was very helpful and immediately understood the problem I was experiencing with the contracts default set up. Lewis was patient and explained how to try different options to suit our billing needs. Lewis made good suggestions that was not problem solving but explaining how it could benefit us, for example using their online training tool.

The help and support from the team when we have struggled with something has been second to none, they seem to go above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the switch to CareLine live to anyone sitting on the fence.

For three months now, I've been utilizing this app, and while there are aspects I adore, it's quite inflexible and doesn't cater to everyone’s needs. Unfortunately, their customer support isn't very helpful, as they often perceive suggestions as negative feedback. The team could improve by being more receptive to customer input. Although the app has the potential to be fantastic, I've decided to stop using it until they recognize that a single approach doesn't suit everyone.

I have been using the application for 3 months, there are bits l love and the application is so rigid its a not a one size fits all and their team cannot help, customer services is really bad, they take new ideas as criticism they need to need to listen to their customer and it has room to be a great app but currently dropping them until they know one size does not fit all.
