As other reviews have said my unit leaked and has melted the plastic on my dash. Needless to say it's gone in the bin. Avoid!

Ordered a few items on 13 December - but the seller did not respond to any emails sent, we will be refunding through the bank, do not order from this company.

Products have a lovely smell and are also long lasting, compliments whenever I pick someone up. Design is also very nice and minimal

The smell is absolutely amazing but the substance has corroded at my door handle where I have been hanging it from. I moved it so that it wasn’t hanging, hoping that it may have just been the movement on it but it has corroded other things that have been in my car aswell. Love the smell hate the issues that have come with it

Ordered early December for Christmas presents. After non delivery, I was advised my order would definitely dispatch on the 20th and the delay was due to work load, but they had taken on extra staff to sort. Still nothing received and no contact, although I have emailed several times. First order I've ever done and looks like it'll be the last. Not sure I'm ever going to receive my goods?!?

Awful, ordered 5th of December. Nothing, contacted them on the 16th asking for an update. 2 days later a reply (18th) said it would be dispatched in 24hrs. Again week past. Nothing. I emailed again on the 23rd. Nothing. Cancelled via my bank to get my refund and left them to sort it.. Then i received an email from car fume this morning (3rd January) to say my order has been cancelled. Shocking. DO NOT BUY. Recently found you get cheaper at halfords. Ps, if you refund through them it can be a 10 day waiting game. Refund through your bank.

Terrible product! Used this as per the instructions and it has leaked and damaged my car. The media system screen plastic surround has melted, my dash has melted and turned white and the knob for the fan has melted so badly it is now misshaped! Contacted the company who don't really care if their product is damaging cars, in fact they offered me a free replacement! I work in a chemistry laboratory and know the dangers of chemicals, if this can melt plastic within a few hours of a tiny drop landing on the dash then I dread to think what it can do to skin. Please do not buy this hazardous product.

If I could leave a zero star review I would.
I love the premium diffusers and the range of fragrances available.
Unfortunately the order I placed on 12/12:24 never arrived. I paid for delivery and the last contact I had they assured me that all items ordered before 20/12/24 would be received before Christmas.
I have contacted then again to inquire into where my order is but they have failed to respond to the email.
This order was a gift and I’m very disappointed with the company for failing to deliver.
I have cancelled all my future subscribers and wil not be ordering with them again

I ordered 3 items as part of the subscription package which is really affordable in my opinion. All 3 ordered arrived together and quick delivery before christmas! They all smell divine. Can't wait for my next order

Paid extra to receive in time for Christmas, didn't arrive. I have contacted both their Facebook page and email, they don't answer either of them, very poor customer service. Wish I had ordered from many other companies that do the same thing, don't waste your time and money on this.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Ordered as it stated that they would deliver for Christmas. Nothing. The order has been left as unforfilled since the purchase was made. Should get a reply to emails within 2 days...still waiting.
Complete waste of time and money. There are other companies out there with the same style, so will be using them and canceling this order. Canceling either through the bank as there are scam warnings, or through these idiots if they actually do reply to the email.

EDIT "JEFF" has agreed to cancel and refund the order.... 10 Working Days Later....STILL NO REFUND. Oh and the company wanted me to prove to Trust Pilot that I had ordered.

Great smells - fast delivery and fantastic customer service!

Ordered my carfume was delivered quick and had no problems from ordering to delivery . Then I tried it and boy was I amazed at the smell to good for car so using it in doors .

I ordered on the 11th December 3-5 day delivery and they haven’t shipped it and customer service do not reply. They also sent fake tracking details. I reported it to my bank as a scam and the bank have given me my money back and lodged a complaint with Carfume.

Failed to deliver an order anywhere near the time frame stated, never updated me regarding the order and ignored all communication attempts. Had my bank refund me the money because they are evidently useless and incompetent

Submitted an online order on 11/12, items for my mums Christmas present. It’s now 20/12. Emailed the company 2 days ago and still no reply but they have certainly taken my money. Now have the stresses of trying to find something else. I won’t be ordering from this company again
