Following an issue with slight damage to my carpet upon delivery.

Helpful friendly people, fast delivery even to the Highlands. Was a shame about the additional costs for delivery but it's what we expect here. Carpet was great and people so still get 5 stars

Carpets and more went the extra mile to supply my carpets. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me informed along the way.

This company has the best customer service I have come across in a long time. So helpful in all aspects regarding their carpets and accessories. Delivery costs to Scottish Highlands superb too.
I was ordering for a pensioner who had ordered a berber carpet locally for his lounge at £32 per meter. He couldn't afford the rest of his new flat to be carpeted, until I found Carpets And More. Their cost is £16 per meter for the exact same carpet. I ordered carpet along with better quality but cheaper underlay, door trims etc. He now has the whole of his new flat carpeted.

Good prices for carpet and underlay, considerably cheaper than carpet suppliers down south. Would be five stars but delivery arrangements leave a lot to be desired.

I have been more than pleased with the service provided by Carpets & More. Couldn't find this flooring in this colour under £150 same one here £37 picked it up at local stockist. Great.

I can't recommend C&M LTD enough! I had an outstanding customer service experience and a fast delivery too. I ordered my vinyl flooring through C&M and it was delivered to me within 5 days! All staff, from the gentleman I spoke on the phone asking details and delivery times about the product I was interested in, to the gentleman who delivered it very carefully, they've all been professionals, polite and accurate on their promises!
I placed my order on Monday 03/02 and received it this morning, Friday 07/02. During this time I was receiving updated emails about the status of my order. Mr Akram, thank you for your professionalism and your accuracy all this time. You have definitely won another happy customer and will definitely recommend you to friends and family. The order was made under the name Polymenis - Alma vinyl - 5m width.

I would certainly use Carpet and More again. Delivery was really quick and I was updated regularly by their excellent customer service team via email and calls. My only critique would be that they couldn/'t deliver to the first floor (property is a flat) so I had to make arrangements to more the carpet myself from a garage to the flat.
