Quick and prompt delivery of my order within 24 hours and great customer service. Box of foil tray was slightly damaged on delivery and when I spoke to customer service (Lynette) about it, it was sorted without any qualms. I had the replacement delivered promptly. Overall great service, quality products and I would definitely recommend 👍

I have been using different catering companies for the past 20 years and my catering needs were not fully fulfilled, but since stumbling across catering 24 Ltd I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service we have received. Great customer service excellent products would not buy from anywhere else

Had placed a large order when my wife pointed out that the delivery was likely to take place when we were away from home.
I immediately emailed customer service and requested a short delay on delivery.
Within 45 minutes they emailed back and confirmed that the delivery would be delayed as per my request.
Now why can't every company treat their customers like they would a friend? Catering24 seem to manage quite easily!

Always prompt and helpful either via phone or email. Rarely errors but sorted quickly if occur.

First time using this company, items arrived quickly, ordering was straight forward and their were one of only a very few companies that had the size boxes we wanted

I think they also followed up with a service check call after the order was delivered but someone else took the call so not clear if it was them but if it was this was also a nice touch

Been using for few years now. Had a problem with cups and they replaced them.

Problem solved quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss.

Put in a order. Box came opened and damaged. Driver only took picture of open box rather than all the damage. I called and said some of the sandwich boxes were damaged and forwarded photos of all the damage to the parcel. 2 hours later was asked to supply photos of the individual sandwich box damage for consideration. I was told I should have refused delivery but the driver had already dropped the box outside photographed that it was opened and was halfway down the drive on his way back to the van . I was later contacted by their General Manager who has offerred to send me a replacement
