Ordered a Cater-Cool CK6028 28 Bottle Single Door Commercial Wine Cooler for my kitchen. It’s built for commercial use but as it’s black and glass it looks very good for my use. As it also has 2 years warranty for the price it’s a steal compared to others asking almost double the price. Ordered and delivery date set was easy to do. Now the problem I had was with delivery carrier used as he was contracted by Cater Kwik to deliver my cooler as it did not need a Cater Kwik
lorry He got lost. Finally arrived and as Box was at front door and i said i was going to check condition so went indoors to get scissors to cut binding tape to open box. Driver had gone back to van and drove off. Unit had a couple of dings to side. Phoned up to explain my problem and Cater Kwik sorted it out for me. Excellent service overall with Cater Kwik. Thank you

Existing customer with a Cater-Wash washing machine that's still going as good as the day we got it. We had a more well-known make of tumble dryer but it completely stopped working over the weekend. Looking around, the Cater-Kwik 10kg condensing tumble dryer was about the same price as several other consumer appliances from elsewhere, and given the reliability of our washing machine I decided to get the order submitted on the Sunday, and was promptly fulfilled. Even had a personalised follow-up email from the company asking how I'm getting on with it.

Delivered goods as promised. Excellent customer service, even put me in touch with product engineer to discuss some issues I needed to resolve. Well done, will definitely return.

I received zero communication in regard to delivery of this product which did not arrive on time. Emails were ignored and it was only after phoning their office several times, that I was able to find out anything at all.

Lack of communication and updates means that a customers experience goes from bad to worse. When a supplier is given a chance to put things right but doesn't take it eg: by not communicating or showing they want to do what they can to put things right - they throw away any chance of rescuing a bad review.

Cater Kwik are a great business to deal with they have a good website with all the info you need and prices displayed.

Excellent customer service and delivery time

To start with messed around with delivery promised thursday then friday and came saturday. Brand new machine out the box and does not work. Engineer will take 7-10 days to come out to it. Live an hour 20mins from the depot. £1500 wasted. Will not recomend. They do not care

Great support at every step though sometimes take little long to get back but that gets balanced out due to excellent overall service

We needed some catering pans to use as a cat litter tray and we rang up with some questions on sizing of the items when stacked, among others. The gentleman we spoke to was really helpful and friendly even though our order was relatively small and our questions were probably out of the ordinary. The items were really good quality, delivered fast and packaged well, and good value.
