CDS Home Services Reviews

All things went well from beginning to end

Great follow through and tenacity in getting to the bottom of a repair. I'm up and running at minimal cost and appreciate it so much!

We have worked with them before at our former home, so we are happy to be repeat customers. Very professional, very prompt, paid attention to details. Did not leave a mess behind, a very clean job. Explained the operation thoroughly and was happy to answer any questions we had.

I've had an outstanding experience with CDS Home Services over the past 5 years. Their maintenance of our all-house generator has been impeccable. Their technicians are always punctual, professional, and thorough in their work. Our generator has consistently performed flawlessly, thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend CDS Home Services for anyone in need of reliable generator maintenance. Five stars all the way!

After many years of looking for a good and safe backup generator, I was grateful to hear from CDS-GENERAC about their new series of generators. Mr. Andrews was very informative about the attributes and pricing of the product. The technicians who installed the generator were extremely skilled and gracious with the explanations of the product and ifs use, in addition to the maintenance requirents. All in all, I was very satisfied with CDS at the inital stages of generator ownership. As of now I have no criticisms of CDS at this stage of ownership.

The entire team from CDS was awesome. From the estimators to the planners to the technicians doing the installation. Everyone was professional courteous and friendly. The work was excellent. Everything was completed on time and people showed up when they said they would. Care was taken to protect my property and to keep the worksite clean and safe. I highly recommend then if you are going to install a generator.

Service tech explained everything as he went along.

The men where very knowledgeable and explained everything very good will recommend you to anyone that asked

Came on time, did the work and it looks good.

CDS has been maintaining our generator for years and never had a problem. In a word, CDS is...DEPENDABLE!!!!

This job is not complete. The electrical connection by the utility company BG&E has not been done neither is the county inspection.Parts of the generator is missing and the foundation is terrible.

I wasn’t home so I don’t know if all the items that were checked off on the list were actually done. This was preventive maintenance and extremely expensive but had to be done for the warranty.

representative performed maintenance on system and was quick and courteous.

I have dealt with many contractors in the past year due to home renovation. CDS workers are one if the few that cleans after the works, comes on schedule, polite and communicate with home owners clearly on what they are going to do.

Communication from the company was prompt and accurate.
Service persons were skilled, courteous, and tidy.
Contacting the company with our questions brought immediate responses.

From day one, every appointment on time, every person was polite and courtesy, they worked as a team. Great customer service 👍🏽

Everything was accomplished in a straight forward manner; owners requirements were requested and adhered to. Job was complicated by having to tie into three 200 amp service panels but the job was finished on time. BTW, we had a power failure two days later and the equipment ran up fine. A great real world test!

A great experience from estimate to completion. They did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. Refreshing to have an honest, competent company looking out for you.

Efficiency, knowledgeable and timely. Truly professional service from start to finish. Complete satisfaction of work performed by technician.100%
