Adams All Natural Reviews

Website was fast easy and accurate had to call customer service with a price question and John answered the call immediately and was very helpful I will buy from them again and recommend to others looking for wood preservation products

The customer service rep that answered my call was the BEST ever!!
He was so knowledgeable and knew literally everything about every product I asked about. I’m not kidding….he had all the answers…from the thickness of the cedar to the material that the hardware is made of; he knew how the kits were assembled and made a recommendation for another product that might better suit my need (that I had not seen) Keep this guy on your payroll!! He was great.

Knowledgeable staff, polite, helpful with ordering. Good packaging, fast delivery.

Very easy, just have to see what it looks like in person

Called to inquire about the backless cédât benches. Connie was incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable about the product and reassured me I would receive assistance with any questions or concerns.

So excited that this lighthouse will fit over our well cap
(with a little help from our homemade brick base). I was also very impressed with the customer service when
my questions were answered so quickly.

I spoke with John, had questions about placing an order online. He was very helpful and friendly, looked up some shipping times for me. I placed the order with him, went smoothly, had confirmation right away.

Living in Manhattan, I've been discouraged by my options locally in terms of reasonably priced closet solutions. Cedar offers natural protection against bugs and moisture, which is critical living in an older building. The customer service representative was helpful and set realistic expectations regarding a timeline for delivery.

Ordering at Adams All Natural is a breeze. Unlike some internet sites that are twitchy or difficult to maneuver on, this site is laid out well and functions superbly. Your mind can focus on all the great products instead of how to get the site to work for you. My order took moments and the folks at Adams responded immediately.

After many weeks of deliberation and hundreds of sites I ordered our new dining table from Adams All Natural. I spoke first with Holly who was able to answer all my questions and then I spoke with John while actually placing my order. They both were extremely knowledgeable about the product they sell. I just can't wait to receive my new table

My second time trying to fill out this review. I updated a wrong photo and could not remove it. So this site for doing the review leaves a lot to be desired.
I did order a cedar bench that required complete assembly and that is what I wanted. Lots of sites offer outdoor furniture but few offer raw wood kits.
The site layout was good and ordering was straightforward. To be honest the adirondack chairs do not appeal to me.
Also the date of experience is a guess. I don't remember the date that I placed the order.

Order experience was easy. Have yet to receive product.

Easy to navigate products on this website…found what I was looking for.

Could not have been more helpful and friendly. A++

All measurements we needed were present. Ordering was very simple.

I ordered the log style swing. My purchase came with free ground shipping. The order was placed online but I had a few questions. I called and spoke with a sales representative and she was friendly and answered all my questions. So far this has been a great company to order from.

Site is super easy to use and understand, which makes ordering easy. I had a little hiccup with my order, however, I was contacted and all is good now. This is a great company! This is my 2nd time ordering, and I won't hesitate if I think of something else I think we need...lol
