Shopping was easy online. There was abundant information with which to make my decision. Product description and photos made it simple and easy. Had some issues with PayPal checkout but using a credit card instead was a breeze.

I just received my umbrella. It was easy to assemble and get it into my umbrella stand. I opted for the Solefin fabric vs the Sunbrella fabric. Solefin wasn't as expensive as Sunbrella but still had good reviews. The quality is pretty good. We had a bit of wind last night and it handled it pretty well, but we'll see how long it lasts in the AZ sun!

John was the most patient customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Polite answered all my questions he left me with no doubt about what I was getting or how long it would take for delivery a great person John don't ever lose him thank you

The ordering process was easy and straight forward!

Parts of the swing came in broken and they refused to replace. I will never due business with this company again. I originally gave one star review . I upped my stars now since they are going to ship out a new piece now after we got a third-party involved. I just wished this would’ve been resolved the correct way right from the beginning.

Customer service called first thing the next business day (very prompt) and the associate was very informative and helpful!

Quick service, quality product

Holly was great answering several questions before we ordered our 4' Lexington Cedar Arbor with Deck (redwood stain). It shipped sooner than expected and arrived on a pallet complete, undamaged & on time.

Weather forced us to delay installing it for three weeks. One of the flat top pieces warped a little as a result which brought assembly to a halt. Within just a few hours of contacting John at Adams for help, the owner of the Amish shop in Pennsylvania that made our arbor – Jonas – called and easily assisted me with a workable solution that resolved our problem.

Our arbor looks exactly as depicted in the Adams website. It is well made and we are pleased. We found the fine folks at Adams to be friendly, professional, and truly interested in assisting us at every turn – their words and deeds were one and the same.

I was looking for Cedar Shoe Trees, and I wasn’t sure what size (of shoe tree) to order; called Adam’s All Natural Customer Service and got good advice. The price was one of the best I’d found, and they were shipped relatively quickly, each in their own sturdy cardboard box within the larger package. They fit just right!

Beautiful product. Large and once put to gether, quite sturdy.

Instructions were OK but not perfect. For example, the slats which form the bottom of the planter are shorter than the ones for the side. A simple note in the instructions could say that. Much easier to follow than pencil marks on one end of the shorter boards.

Also, the instruction clearly say the slats will not lay flat if the screws aren't flush with the supporting pieces. However, to do this by hand requires VERY strong arms. Simpler to recommend you use a drill to drive them deep (faster too.)

The video was helpful, a little bit vague, not bad although I was short 2 3/8 washers, but went together in about hour and a half.
