The sheet metal is incredibly sharp, me and everyone that helped me was cut multiple times and it's definitely built for wee folk. And the frame caved in right after putting it together!

Send eight foot roof support instead of something you build. You make things to fit In little boxes. The labor with 2 people and the amount of bolts would make me never buy your product again.

I disliked the time involved in ordering the parts. I disliked the delivery time and the misinformation about delivery. If on your website you had a detailed parts list, it would be helpful.
Being an outside item, the base plates should not rust, as quickly as they did.

Boxes were damaged, did not receive the roof materials or the umbrella. I had to follow up and track down the information, why would you not contact me and keep me posted? For the cost of purchasing this product you would have assumed that the company would confirm you have all your materials.

The design and instruction of this Gazebo that I purchased from Domi Outdoor Living was very simple and straightforward to assemble! I am completely satisfied.

My first time ordering from Domi outdoor living. I was unfortunately disappointed when I received my gazebo with missing screws two different type of screws were from the kit. Domi customer service quickly sent them to me after letting them know in an email. Later I found out two standing beams were visibly bent (maybe during shipping) so I decided I no longer wanted the order. A positive- Customer service were easy to work with and allowed me to return and put in for a refund. I’ve heard many good reviews about Domi, maybe I just received a bad order.That being said I’m not sure if I will be ordering again or going with another company.

Way too much assembly due to frame being manufactured into several short pieces. Instead of single length frames, all because your shipping it in three foot packages instead of five foot.

I ordered a gazebo that was too big. I was able to return the item, get a refund. Then I was able to order the right size gazebo. The new gazebo was easy to put together, but at the point to put the legs on, we required a third person to assist. All other items where doable with 2 people.

Great product and good price. Pre-sale help from customer support was outstanding. Step by step directions invaluable. Peeling off wrap from roofing sections and lining up the small nuts for sections N1, N2, N4, N5, N6 &N7 for putting on side sections were only annoying steps.

I ordered and it came quick nothing missing or broken.

Very good materials and every part was well crafted.

No good instruction, it took hours before everything was put together. the door opens outward so new holes needed to be added to adjust awning. I think better measurement were needed because if the door open out or in, more holes for adjustments. you tube instructions would have helped

Predrilled holes were spot on! Easy to follow instructions. Everything showed up in good condition with no missing parts. It was a pretty great experience all in all.
