When receiving the gazebo
When receiving the gazebo, parts were damaged. The purchase date was July 10,2026. Parts were damaged on the gazebo from shipping and parts were faulty from manufacturing. It is now August 22,2026, last I heard as of August 8th 2026 , that you were thankful for my patience for the replacement parts that are being manufactured. What is an acceptable time for me to wait for the replacement parts? Why hasn’t a gazebo that you have in stock been opened and parts taken from there? This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this company. The lack of customer service is just empty hopes and dreams. I couldn’t say if the product that you sell is any good because it does me no good laying on my driveway in pieces!

Generally, OK if you’re happy with a scratch and dent product. The company prefers to compensate you for damages done on packing or shipping stating these damages will not compromise the structural integrity of their product. The shipping insurance they offer when you place your order is really a fallback position that they take when addressing your damages. Proceed with caution.

Love the pergola
Love the pergola! Looks great and seems sturdy so far. Set up was a bit challenging as the screws/ holes for the panels on top did not quite fit. Several screws broke and it was not possible to screw them in by hand a drill was needed.

We like this sunroom as an addition
This is an update on how Omni Customer Service has been very helpful, always responding within 24 hours by email. They gave us a credit to our credit card for our added costs of caulk and weather strip that we purchased to seal gaps. They also credited our credit card $20 due to two holes in the corner post that were missing which we drilled. They asked for a phone pic, in order that they could forward to QC, as always looking to improve for a better experience. The following from here, is our original review then....We like this sunroom as an addition on the deck, outside our living room and look forward to using it. We are currently working on sealing up some air gaps more, because we get a lot of cold and snow in the winter. The roof assembly was good in multiple sections in order that the screws could safely be inserted and tightened, working from a ladder, avoiding crawling onto the metal roof. About 2/3 of the plastic square shaped pieces that insert between each roof row for the screws to be inserted through, had knobs on the plastic molded piece, that had to be cut off with a utility knife. The manual was difficult to read, as it was mainly just pictures, with no numbered steps, so we assembled based on page#, however two pieces on the end support beams assembly, that the diagram showed in the beginning pages, we had to remove later in the process, in order to continue with adjoining pieces, and some screws had to come back out, in order to make room to attach the screws of the adjacent screws, because the original ones earlier put in, obstructed getting the wrench in to turn the other screws. We read reviews about this being used in the winter, however, we cannot see that as a possibility, because of the gaps on the sides of the sliding doors, without gasketing there. The gasketing is only at the bottom of the sliding doors, not on the sides. We bought gasket material and installed this. We saw light coming through little gaps at the top and bottom, and bought caulk to seal along the bottom etc. The thing we didn't expect, was that although the online pictures show tinted windows, we found the 42 window panels were not glass, rather a polycarbonate material, ribbed and much too dark brown, that it blurred any visual ability to see outside scenery. We took all the panels to a glass company, and they replaced the the polycarbonate panels with clear glass, for about $1300, including labor to caulk in the panes, as there was a slight thickness difference. which in the glass. It is very nice now, to be able to see the outside. Once it's all sealed up good and finished on the inside, we will enjoy using our new sunroom!

Regarding your feedback about the panel color and material, we have already outlined the specifics on our website. The only aspect that might differ from your expectations is that the actual color of the product may appear darker than shown in the images.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that all our sunrooms are not designed for clear visibility, as the PC panels used feature a corrugated texture. The color of the PC panels may vary slightly depending on the roof type of the sunroom.
Concerning the sealing strips and sealant measures you mentioned, we are happy to reimburse you for these expenses. We understand that these additional efforts are necessary due to the product design, and we appreciate your willingness to address these aspects.

The packages arrived quickly
The packages arrived quickly, and the assembly instructions were very easy to follow. Very sturdy and stable. It does take at least two people to assemble certain sections, but once that is done, one person can complete it. I do like that they include a few pieces of extra hardware.

I placed an order for the first time…
I placed an order for the first time and realized I ordered the wrong color. After trying to go with it and started assembly we noticed the product was damaged. It took a couple of days to try to get a hold of someone. I called and left a voicemail, sent a msg on Facebook and sent numerous emails. Rather than replacing the product, Domi offered me a discount for a new item since the item was partially assembled. This was clearly a mistake on their part since the unit was damaged. No amount of replacement parts was going to fix it since the item was damaged in MULTIPLE areas. I even took everything apart and they still wouldn't take the DAMAGED item back. Oh and if you have any issue, do not expect an immediate response. First and last time shopping with Domi. Do not recommend!!!!

After we informed you of our inability to process a return, you brought to our attention the issues you encountered with the product you received. However, during our subsequent email communications, we noticed that you did not provide any photos or videos for us to review. While we offered to send you replacement parts, you clearly stated that you did not require them and expressed that you did not consider the pergola to be a safe structure. As a result, we were unable to move forward with any further after-sales procedures.
Given these circumstances, we proceeded with your second purchase. In consideration of the challenges and frustration you faced, we extended a 25% discount on your second order as a gesture of goodwill. We fully understand your dissatisfaction, and we sincerely hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to addressing your concerns.
