We recently purchased the 13x13 Galvanized Steel Hardtop Gazebo with Drainage Gutters. Even though we originally saw the gazebo on Amazon, we decided to buy directly from Domi Outdoor Living and couldn’t be happier with our decision! Everything—from competitive pricing to swift delivery, clear communication, and straightforward assembly—was completely seamless.
My husband and I (ages 71 and 67) built it ourselves in two days, even with a storm interruption on both days! The gazebo is sturdy, looks fantastic, and the built-in drainage gutters work great. Highly recommend!

Thumbs down to domi and Amazon
Purchased a sunroom from Amazon. Was a domi product. Ordered a 12 x 14 sunroom with windows that move vertically as shown on website pictures (I had a recent RCR so easier on my shoulder) and all associated videos pertaining to that Amazon product. Was sent a sunroom where I had to go outside and physically remove completely any and all windows if I wanted the breeze to flow inside. Panels also a dark brown which would be great in FL but not so in MI. Domi refused to ack. they sent me the wrong sunroom. Blamed it on me. Had all pictures and clearly it was a switch for whatever reason??? Amazon did not back me up or support me in any way. They washed their hands and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!!! Probably b/c of the cost. Domi did offer a replacement but after 4 months of correspondence (because I could not talk to anyone at domi directly, only through Amazon) I did not want to deal with a company that has zero integrity. After 2 dispute requests from me to Citibank, they finally ruled in my favor. Saying goodby to domi as well as Amazon which is turning out to be a substandard company. Glad all you other customers had a better experience than me.

Regarding the 12x14 sunroom model you purchased, our previously unupdated models could indeed be opened by sliding up and down. However, all relevant sizes of this model currently sold on our platforms have been updated. They now feature PC board windows, which can only be removed from the outside and cannot be slid up and down from the inside.
This incident may have been caused by the product images on the relevant Amazon website not being updated in time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

Feels a little cheap
The delivery was quick, the price was fairly reasonable (it was more expensive than some Amazon options, less than luxury choices), but it feels cheap. I put a couple of screws in early on accident and the plastic was impossible to get the screws out of, I tried everything. Some of the holes didn’t match up when things needed to be layered, and getting the first side pieces in was horrible because everything is so flimsy. Not sure if I would buy it again, likely better options.

Order arrived quickly via Fed Ex
Order arrived quickly via Fed Ex. Some boxes had torn corners and edges but no chairs were damaged. It might be useful if there was some padding or wrapping around them to assure no damage. A number of chairs (75%) did fall apart and Domi says there was a production problem with screws that were too short. After a fair number of emails back and forth eventually they agreed to a full refund. I will say that they were very responsive to my emails and the outcome was satisfactory. Be sure you know the refund policy and that you would be responsible for returning items at your cost if you simply change your mind.

Well made, fit together nicely, was missing pieces and some of the roof bracing was bent took a little while to get the replacement pieces. Could use better/thicker shipping boxes. One box was pretty tore up when it arrived

Pergola Build 2026
The parts were labeled quite well. The instructions however had good pictures but poor details on the construction requirements. This is a good 5 hour project and you must have two or three individuals to balance the supports while building the main support frame.

Before i decided to buy the 12x20 Gazebo, I was able to talk to Yvonne how they do their business. I am satisfied to her reply and that is why I got my Gazebo with no issue.
Before i decided to buy the 12x20 Gazebo, I was able to talk to Yvonne and told her my frustrations with other seller and I agreed to how they do business on their Strict Return Policy. After placing my order, I got an email from Yara that my order was prepared for shipment and not to worry about the 5 boxes of parts for damage or missing parts.
The Gazebo was completed on same day because every parts are complete and the manual really help the installer. Thank you to Yvonne and Yara.
