We love our new Pergola. My wife and I built it together over a weekend and installed on our back deck. All the parts were in order, no damage to boxes upon arrival, and instructions were clear. Would have been better if we had 3 people had times, but we managed.

All boxes arrived in the same shipment
All boxes arrived in the same shipment. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was completely broke 360° around and was flopped over. I took photos. Also, several boxes had puncture holes in them.
Also do to the Ohio weather and health issues. I have been unable to open the boxes to fully inspect and setup the patio gazebo.

We bought a 14 × 24 gazebo
We bought a 14 × 24 gazebo. It was late on the delivery date given, due to trucking issues. That interfered some with the help we had lined up. You WILL want help to assemble. Because we have a shed next to where the gazebo goes, we were able to spread the seven big boxes of pieces and parts all around. There are hundreds of screws, bolts and plastic assecessories. Everything is labeled very well! The picture diagram lays out the step by step assembly as best as it can... but still needs someone good at reading diagrams to execute the directions.
It's a timely process. Pay particular attention to the letters or numbers that are associated with each part..you won't want to mix any up.
The gazebo is beautiful when it's all up. We are choosing not to put the mosquito netting on, but will add the curtains soon. Overall, we were very happy with this product.

Met need of protecting bird seed from squirrels. Already went through two resin boxes, the last one in less than a year. Plastic covering made putting it together a little tricky, but outcome well worth the effort.

I will say the installation was a lot but manageable
I will say the installation was a lot, but the instructions were pretty well put together. The only complaint I would have is I wish the screw sizes were made more obvious. I had one issue with a piece that arrived damaged in shipping and customer service quickly responded and fixed the issue. My wife absolutely loves how it came out.

The gazebo turned out awesome
The gazebo turned out awesome! I will say that pulling the plastic coating off the roof pieces took just as long as putting up the roof. If they made the coating just a bit thicker, it would have pulled off much easier. Overall, it took my husband and I, 2-1/2 days to put it together. We took our time and it went together quite easily. We had to decipher the instructions, but they had some pictures which helped. We would buy it again.
