Pergola rooftop!!
I reached out to say we didn't receive all the parts. They were great ! Replaced everything and I absolutely love my Pergola roof!! This company not only stepped up to help us but the quality is superb!! Very nice and understanding!! I definitely would buy from them again!!!!

Communication was difficult due to time…
Communication was difficult due to time zone issues. Most emails were answered at 2 am my time (EST). We almost cancelled the order when we found out the sunroom was arriving a week later than requested. I like the product but communication is lacking.

If you are big think twice! Skinny chairs but nice!
The chairs are very nice and seem well made, they are too skinny! What were u people thinking??? I fit just fine but we have a pool, God forbid a guest gets stuck in a chair!🤦♀️

We love our new Domi sunroom
We love our new Domi sunroom. We wanted it to enclose our hot tub so we could use it all year round. The boxes came well protected and all the pieces were there. A couple of things though, it took two people almost 3 days. Not to just build it but to also separate and label all the parts so it made it more efficient in building. I did not use their caulk. It was really hard to work with so I went and bought some outdoor Dap caulk in black. The only thing we really didn't like about it is the amber PVC windows you really can't see out clearly. And they don't move up and down, you actually have to remove them and store them. If we had to do it again we would buy it. It's good quality and the engineers did a great job in designing it. Enjoy

Domi customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. No phone number to call customer service and only reply to emails once a day. I’ve started the refund process with them over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund

Great chairs but not perfect.
Great chairs.
My teenage son put together in about an hour.
So easy to roll around. Only complaint I would give is the washers are rusting (not the bolts) so why would they send washers that were not stainless. Makes no sense.
And a suggestions would to add arms.

Terrible chairs
Terrible chairs. I am 120 lbs and the chair fabric just ripped while I was sitting on it. It is only 2 years old. These chairs are $244 for 2 and a table - ridiculous that is has “broken” in such a short period of time.
I am not giving 1 star because when I initially bought this set they sent me used ones but they replaced them right away.

No Caps / Covers on legs of Gazebo
When purchasing the unit, they do not tell or show you that the unit your are purchasing does not come with base caps/covers. Furthermore, they do not offer an option to purchase them separately. Their excuse, you are purchasing their entry level model.
They followed up with me & I have replied to them to see what they say. More to come.

I expected better
There were many dented and bent pieces. Getting the roof pieces to line up was a hurculean task. The directions were not the worst I have ever seen. However the direction were still fairly aweful.
There was a design change that the manufacturer did not account for. Because of this, 4 bolts were too short and I had to go to the local hardware store to find a fix.

Better than expected!!!
Awning was easy to put up and looks great! We've had 2 neighbors come over asking where we got it from and they are planning to order also. Our deck is 8x22 so we ordered 2 - 8x10's and 1 extension. Worked perfect! Only down side is the awning that was our only option for size doesnt have the screen/curtain option like others do.
