Charter-a Reviews

The service and attention to detail surpassed all our expectations. Professional all the way through, I can highly recommend 👏👏👏

I can’t thank Mark enough for everything he and his team at Charter-A has done for my family. With complete border closures in Morocco he managed to get my very ill daughter back home to the UK. After two weeks of negotiation with various authorities he secured permits to bring her home. There were many challenges to arranging this and Mark with diplomacy, tact and the upmost professionalism managed to facilitate this. I was continually updated by Mark as to the state of play and guided through the process of paperwork to be completed. After months of trying to arrange her return I found Charter-A who went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.

Charter-A recently organised a flight for family members to return from Europe to UK. Their phone was answered almost immediately by real people and Mark made us feel that our problems mattered to them. He was understanding and adaptable to every problem we had in fixing a date for the flight which eventually had to be arranged at very short notice. The help we received from everyone associated with Charter-A was outstanding and meant that our family members' return to UK under difficult circumstances was made as easy as possible. We appreciated their honesty and 'can-do' attitude. They went over and above what we could or would have expected and guided us every step of the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Charter-A. Their service is excellent. Thank you Mark, Martin and everyone involved with the flight. Six out of five stars!

Excellent service from Martin on the few occasions we have used him to book private travel. Very quick to respond, good options and advice provided.
Very happy with everything and will definitely use again

The whole experience with Charter-a was first class from start to finish. The flight was arranged at short notice to bring my parents back to the UK after my mum had developed Alzheimer's, and I cannot praise their professionalism enough. The communication was top rate & the flight from Innsbruck was wonderful with very helpful and friendly crew.

We wanted to have a COVID safe journey home and this was the best way to travel with no fuss and queues of people. From our first contact with Martin to our destination was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this company every time for speed and efficiency. We would like to thank Martin the pilots and ground staff for there excellent service.

seamless experience especially in these difficult times , Thank you Mark

I cannot thank the Charter-a team enough, the speed in responding to my requirements was superb.

Charter-a are my new and best provider for private jets.

Mark and the Team at Charter-A were outstanding when I needed to travel urgently with my wife and our dog from London to New York during the pandemic. Our dog needed to travel for life-saving brain surgery and every other way we tried to get out of the UK was met with resistance implemented to deal with COVID-19 and frustrating bureaucratic nonsense post BREXIT. Not only was the jet we took superb, Charter-A managed to sort out my US entry clearance which had been revoked by the US shortly before take off - keeping the aircraft at Stansted another day while he did so. It was more than a flight, it was a mission in determination and know-how to get us where we needed to be (in rock star style).

A company that can adapt swiftly, shouldering the heavy lifting when it comes to a continuously changing and challenging situation (Brexit and Covid combined). My family and I are hugely grateful to the team for ensuring our new member of the family, Reme, a golden retriever, made it to her new home with the minimum of fuss and headaches for us. Including travelling in comfort and style. I am sure many clogs were put together to make this journey a success. A big Thank you

Great service with excellent communication and step by step guidance to cover the bureaucratic nonsense imposed by governments on the way. Happy to recommendthis company.

Faultless repatriation of myself from Portugal to England under difficult circumstances.

Superb Service, cannot thank Martin and the team enough for the speed they worked at to get me to Malaga especially under these extreme circumstances. Thanks again.

The team were fantastic at very short notice on th evening of December 30 they got the flight organized. It was a rush visit for a daughter to see her seriously ill mother. The team were caring compassionate and efficient.

Our 19 year old son, living and working for Ballet de capitol in Toulouse, France, during the past year, was all set to be home in Scotland for Xmas and NY, to spend this time with Mum and Dad, as all his stage performances had been cancelled. As flights started to be cancelled due to the new strain of COVID, it would seem this was not going to happen due to this horrible virus. Mum especially, was heartbroken and devastated. This was the icing on the cake to end a truly terrible year.
My last resort was to contact Charter-a. One hour after I contacted Mark and his magnificent team, an aircraft had been arranged to pick my son up from Toulouse and fly him back to Scotland in one of Mark's fantastic aircraft, the following day. Mark has made our Christmas dream come true.
Charter-a certainly were the heros here and without them we would not have had our boy home for Christmas, whom we had not seen for six months.
Mark and his team bent over backwards to solve our massive problem. They did it with compassion, expertise, professionalism, arranged everything down to the last tee and updated us every step of the way.
We are truly grateful to Charter-a and the way they handled things. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will now be using them as my no 1 charter jet company. Many, Many, Many thanks Mark and his team you were magnificent and made our Christmas !!!!!!

If anyone is looking for 1st class experience when hiring a private charter helicopter journey with a large dollop of personal touch look no further than Mark and his team at Charter-A.

A big thank you to Michael, our wonderful pilot, for making the flight seamless especially that my husband was little nervous getting up in the air.

The boys went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my special day got off to a superb start. THANK YOU so much for a wonderful experience that will stay with us for years to come!

I want to sincerely thank Mark and his team for orchestrating a seamless flight for me.
My need to travel was urgent and short notice and Mark’s response and complete ‘can do’ attitude was exemplary and worlds apart from anything I had experienced before. Nothing was too much trouble and my situation was immediately in the best possible hands.
I would more than highly recommend Charter-a, the service, energy to help and diligence was far beyond the call of duty.
Thank you for getting me home quickly and safely to my family.

OMG...THE BEST experience from the first phone call to the end of our amazing flight with Captain Michael. It has been a pleasure to work with Mark and Martin on my helicopter journey over the football stadiums and a tour of London. I can not recommend this company enough! After all the others turned me down, they said no problem! They went above and beyond for my special trip and I am forever grateful! Thank you!!

Amazing service and support from Mark and his team!

We had such an amazing experience with Charter-A and Mark, who pulled out all the stops to organise a VERY last minute trip to Cornwall for us and our little dog, Rosie! Our flight was first class. Everything ran seamlessly with Mark also arranging car transport to our destination to ensure we had a memorable day. Wonderfully arranged, we would not hesitate to fly with Mark and his team again.
