This is the first time we flew privately and the organisation by Mark and the team was excellent. They even had dog treats on the aircraft for my dog which was such a lovely touch. I would definitely use Charter A again and recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Charter-A. Mark was very attentive to our needs and supplied us with the perfect aircraft for our journey to and from Europe with our enormous dog. He was always on hand to allay our concerns and dealt with a reschedule of the return journey with efficiency and a minimum of fuss. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charter-A to anyone. Thank you for looking after us so beautifully Mark.

I have booked private jets with Charter A quite a few times now for a family I look after and I can honestly say the service from Mark and his team, including flight crew has been impeccable each time and quotes highly competitive!. Communication always excellent from start to finish with a personal touch which is rare these days. I would highly recommend.

Well organised and friendly service, with Mark acting as the single point of contact for us, seemingly available 24/7. A good variety of jets were offered as well as advice on what would / wouldn’t suit our needs. In all, hassle free and easy. Onward travel all organised seamlessly for us as well.

Charter A arranged a couple of flights during very awkward times for clients of ours and in my clients own words after the first flight - 'Step 1 completed & in some style, thank you very much indeed.' All the extra Covid 19 admin was handled easily & expertly by Charter A without hiccups, again from client 'flight & whole process very smooth, thank you.' I need not add more.

Great Service - calm and efficient! Immigration problems arose because of Covid, but Martin was able to suggest a solution. Crash on the M5 made us late for the plan, but again all sorted with minimum fuss. Many thanks!

It was my first trip by private jet and Charter A made it a pleasure from start to finish. Martin answered all my questions pleasantly and patiently in advance and ensured that everything ran smoothly, the pilots were polite and friendly (and obviously, very good at flying planes) and the service at both LBA and Nice was slick and efficient. The circumstances were made slightly tricky for the staff by the continuing issues with COVID 19, but they made sure this did not impact negatively on my experience at all, while making every effort to minimise any risk. All in all it was wonderfully easy and stress-free way to transport my cats down to the South of France in style - and worth every penny.

I have travelled a lot over the past 30 years and my flight with Charter A was probably the easiest and least stressful Journey despite the Covid pandemic!

Charter-a provided an excellent service for me and my family to fly from Milan to Olbia in early June 2020. With the challenges of the emerging rules for travel as the lockdown eased, our dates changed several times, and Charter-a readily adapted to our needs, provided several very good plane options to select from and helped us with the additional travel requirements. On the day the aircraft was ready ahead of time (as unusually) we arrived early, and the pilots immediately agreed to fly then. The aircraft was very clean and comfortable and the flight smooth. We flew to the Netherlands so that our daughter could receive urgent medical treatment.

Mark was a complete star , he organised all the paperwork for immigration and essential travel during Covid 19 lockdown which allowed us to concentrate on our daughter.

Our journey was completely stress-free, Mark was available even out of hours and weekends. He constantly kept us updated and made us feel secure even in uncertain times. I think it has been the calmest I’ve ever felt about travelling especially during one of the most stressful times for us. I am so thankful to him and the excellent flight crew . They were so kind and thoughtful . On the return journey Billy had arranged for us to have breakfast on board , courtesy of Charter-A as we were flying so early and our son was taking A-levels later that day.

I would definitely recommend Charter-A to anyone , they were extremely professional, organised and efficient and would in deed love to celebrate my upcoming 50th with them in style :-)

From the Initial email enquiry to telephone contact took less than 20 minutes.
All communication was prompt, timely and helpful, even out of hours and at weekends.
Mark and Martin worked seamlessly to arrange our flight, bearing in mind it had to be organised within the 72 hour window of our Covid - 19 test being negative to allow entry into Madeira.
They manage the necessary immigration, security documents and checked the pet passport for Hugo our dog travelling as VIP🐾🐾
The Harrods aviation terminal served us very well and made the start of our journey stress free and most enjoyable. We were escorted to the plane and introduced to the captain and second officer.
Both were very engaging and professional throughout the flight.
Hugo spent the flight on either my knee or his own seat- no issues with cabin pressure and he also enjoyed the Harrods Ham sandwiches !
The bottle of Champagne was drank with special memories of a simply outstanding day and flight.
To arrive ‘home’ in less than 4 hours from leaving the U.K. was a superb experience and would recommend this little treat with no hesitation.

This really was a 5 Star result.
In the most difficult circumstances Mark and his team got us home to Mallorca and in real style.
With not the most clear Spanish regulations on General Aviation flights into Mallorca during the Covid-19 lockdown Mark never gave up and helped us negotiate all the hurdles to a successful trip home.
All the arrangements for the journey went like clockwork and everyone on the ground and in the air were friendly and efficient.

From the start we knew we were in capable hands and how true that turned out to be! Just incredible service from start to finish with Mark constantly updating us by phone and email even on a Sunday night confirming everything to the last detail. We wanted to repatriate our daughter to our home in France and had a small window in which to do this, Mark put his all in to making it happen with ease. Our daughter touched down a few hours ago and is still on a high, we are just delighted to have her back safe and sound with Marks tremendous attention to detail, a big thank you Mark!

Flying with Charter-A was definitely an experience of a lifetime which we will cherish forever. Mark was restless with his professionalism and supporting us during the whole booking and scheduling process (which was very easy and straightforward).
