Purchased a king size bed frame. Once order placed the communication was perfect. The delivery turned at the exact time specified. Great service and would buy from again. L. Bailey

Misleading site selling seconds at the same price as normal retailers.
Misleading site.
Selling seconds for the same price as perfect goods on other sites without the 5 year guarantee that would of been provided by other stores for the same price or slightly cheaper.
Refusing to do a return as faulty on a mattress that the stitching is already coming out of and is cheaper in Robert Dyas with a 5 year guarantee included.
Terrible customer services offered a measly 10% off! I'd rather have a perfect one for 10% more and a 5 year guarantee on the mattress instead.
I have to return at my cost! Even though its faulty.
Yet website states returns accepted on faulty items.
Read the small print on anything you're looking at as its not clear on the item listing its small at the bottom that it could be seconds.
The website home page doesn't state this either.
Don't be suckered in by something that isn't a bargain. I got a faulty mattress. I could of had a perfect one cheaper with a 5 year guarantee.
Will be doing a charge back through my bank as item is not fit for purpose and wasn't clear I was buying a falling to bits mattress.
Think this needs looking into by trading standards.
Looking at the reviews alot of people have bought items unfit for purpose without realising they were even buying seconds.

Thank you for your feedback. The item was clearly described as excess stock / factory second in the listing, with the condition stated before purchase. The price reflected this, and we offered a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which was accepted. We always act in accordance with our policies and consumer law. We wish you all the best.

Great service and products.
Ordered a 12ft sportspower trampoline which came in less than 3 days. The price was the lowest online and quality is great. I was kept updated constantly from ordering until delivery. Will definitely use this company again, great service.

I bought the ‘7ft Elegance Pre Lit Christmas Tree’ from their eBay store. Fantastic experience with this company, super fast dispatch and delivery time (purchased 8th August, arrived by 11th August). The tree is absolutely beautiful - great quality and realistic looking. Very happy with the price too. Thank you!
