Wardrobe and draw set bought in black
Wardrobe and draw set bought in black, turned up grey and wood was damaged sent pictures in of this. They are previously been used and taken down, water damaged on draws on the top. I smashed the wardrobe and draws up same day and took them to tip same day. I also did email before i disposed of the item and i phoned the sales person also when they had been put up and saw the damage. I also contacted them and emailed them back straight away.

However, we were not contacted by you regarding any issues with the colour or condition before you decided to dispose of the item, and when we did reach out to offer assistance, we unfortunately did not receive a response from you.
We always take customer concerns seriously and would have been more than happy to look into this for you had we been given the opportunity. As per our policy, we encourage customers to get in touch with any issues so we can work towards a resolution together.
Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like to discuss this further — we're always open to a conversation.
