Excellent
I purchased three corner shelf units from this company via eBay as they were sold out on Argos. Delivery was super fast. One of the units had a part that was manufactured in correctly (not fault of the seller) they arranged for the replacement part to be sent right out. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend 10/10

Avoid buying from them if you don't want headaches.
I ordered a shoe cabinet from them that was listed at a discounted price, specifying that it might come with minor scratches or dents, all good so far. After the product arrived, out of a total of 16 furniture parts, 6 were defective. After lengthy discussions with them, they agreed to replace only one piece that was broken, considering the others to be small dents, even though the actual defect was more than that. I decided to return the product, and at that moment they considered the reason for the return to be "change my mind," and I had to pay to return the product. Avoid buying from them at all costs if you want a product in decent condition and if the product is not listed as new.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase.
As stated in the listing, this item was sold as a factory second and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. We offered to replace the part that was damaged beyond our description — you declined this and chose to return the item instead.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and in line with both our company policy and consumer law. We remain open to communication and are happy to help if you'd like to discuss this further. We're still waiting for your reply to our last message.
No thought
The product had obviously been on our display and repacked into x2 other than the original packaging.
It took two people to lift them up
Cabin beds go upstairs - so I had to pay two guys to unpack them downstairs and take the sections upstairs.!!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the damage, but we would kindly remind you that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage caused during assembly, as clearly stated in our policy. We always recommend reading the instructions carefully before starting, and we did offer to replace the parts for you. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss this further.
