Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company.
Item faulty, sent video and photos, despite my circumstances, being disabled, they refused to arrange collection and refused a refund as they said if item not returned they would say I had changed my mind about wanting it, even though faulty!....said the only resolution they would offer was replacement. Replacement has arrived, obviously 2nd hand as dirty and not in a box and also faulty.
To edit and respond to their reply my husband has had to fight them and fight for them to agree to arrange return despite 2 faulty items, as they expected us to do it at our cost.

Much better than I expected
Much better than I expected. Three marks on the ironing board but it is only tiny and cosmetic. The cardboard was a bit battered but it was well protected and securely fastened. The ironing board was a great price and I'd recommend it to everyone who wants to buy one. I'm very happy with the quality.

Put together a chest of draws
Put together a chest of draws, the draws do not stay on the rails and the top ones don't even fit. Upon reading reviews on argos this is a common issue. This company kept saying its anassembly issue when its clearly not. Sent replacement parts which would not of solved the issue which were also grey and not white and then tried telling me white draws don't exist in the model when my draws are white. Absolutely shocking service.

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. We offered a partial refund to resolve the matter, as we believe the issue relates to assembly rather than the product itself. We also sent replacement parts, and all your photos confirmed that the problem was with the assembly, not the parts.
We're still willing to help, but unfortunately, we haven't received a reply to our last messages.
If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
