Quick report, easy to read. Lots of info provided!

The service was excellent, however, the product was a disappointment. The panty liner was way too long, it went from my belly button to the top of my butt and was too heavy for me. I have a small frame so it was too uncomfortable for me. That's the only reason I cancelled my account. You probably need to know how tall a person's frame is or have some made with shorter pads. just saying.

When I searched someone (who I am extremely wary of in my day-to-day life), it clearly stated that criminal records were found for this person before I got to the payment page. When I finally paid and found this person's report, not even this person's birthday was available — nevermind any criminal records connected to them. Pushing this misleading bait onto the many customers using the CheckPeople service who are in a state of desperation, vulnerability, and suspicion feels predatory. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because when I contacted support to cancel my subscription (which you must do, there’s no button to click) I was very quickly & swiftly helped by a kind representative.

Did really give me what I needed. I'm sure it was the person I was trying to look up ended up being a scammer. Should would of been nice to find this person.

It’s a scam. Was charged about $36 to look up one thing on their site when it says it’s only $1

There is no mention of a membership on your account page. This company wants you to forget about the subscription since people only look for a person 1 time. There is nothing on their site that says you have any type of membership. They claimed that I had a membership for 3 months but every time I tried to use the site again it kept trying to charge me. Not only that the results are terrible (not matching what you even type). The only way I knew I was paying for this is using the Truebill App.

It said I could view the report for one dollar so just in case that was a scam I added only one dollar to my cash app & used my cash app card to pay & next thing I know I get a notification that says a payment for 29 dollars has been declined due to insufficient funds meaning they were gonna charge me basically 30 bucks instead of the one dollar they said. crazy. def a scam.

Checkpeople.com (LLC from Orlando, FL) keeps at it - now copying our data to unmask.com, infomation.com, and now freepeoplesearch.com.

They don't really opt you out. They just suppress it from the site and then clone their operations to another site and try to sell it there. It's like the whack-a-mole game with them trying to optout.

Very dishonest company.

Not only was this service completely useless for finding out any additional information other than name, age and addresses (all things that are readily available on the internet for free). I was charged a bogus fee of $6.99 and when customer service was contacted, they refused to return the $6.99. This service is a scam, don’t waste your time or money.

It is a bait and switch. They say try for $1 then you get to the report and they say no it’s 4.99 then the next thing you know you are charged an additional $6.99. Don’t waste your money!

I signed up for a $4.99 3-day trial because I was curious what information was listed under my own name (I had someone tell my mother that they looked me up and I had a criminal record). First, a lot of incorrect information and "people who may be related" listed in my file. There were incorrect addresses, phone numbers, etc. in my details, and so many people listed as possibly related to me was incorrect. Second, WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I cancelled my trial subscription on the THIRD day of my 3-day trial. I was charged for another month. I called and was told that they "charge on the third day because it doesn't carry over to the fourth day", which still doesn't make sense. The paperwork says you are charged AFTER the third day if you don't cancel. I cancelled on time and was still charged. I had to call and get a little ugly to get a refund, but it was issued. So just be prepared to find a possible wealth of unrelated information for people you search and watch your account for what they charge you.

You keep good records but are hard to cancel. You just don't want to let go of the money.

My free reverse phone number works better. All numbers and addresses are old ones to everyone I’ve looked. Very disappointed.

Incorrect, unverified information.

Much known information is missing. Nearly no licenses are listed for common licenses such as a pilot's license or concealed carry. Clearly those records aren't even checked.

For my own records they've listed residences in States I've never even traveled through and recorded my mother as living with me a decade after her death.

While better and more thorough service could easily be provided, it simply is not. Reports returned left me with the impression checkpeople.com simply doesn't care about the quality of their service, and upon frustrating the customer to the point of cancellation, a 2/3 discount is then offered. My mother used to refer to such tactics as, "a day late and a dollar short!"

There's some stuff you could change on it like that not have the same person on there seven times and you could just make it better

This site was helpful in finding fraudulent people trying to scam innocent people.
