I felt it was only right to write about my experience because I was really disrespectful and hostile but to checkpeoples credit they handled the situation like professionals and did refund my money without issue so I had to do the right thing and at least give a good review because they did the right thing and it should be acknowledged.

Scammers! I authorized a SINGLE $1 charge and now they're trying to scam a $29.44 recurring charge. Also, the info I was paying for was WORTHLESS

This place is a scam they take your credit cars are debit card info and take what they want they are thieves and crooks .

This company is huge fraud. I never signed up with them but I got charged twice. I called there customer service which was no help at all. He tried 2 get me tonsign up for different crap. He also gave me a wrong number 2 call. 🚩🚩🚩

I had a trial period and within that time I didn't get any information that I couldn't get off social media. The audacity to charge 30 a month after the trial ended when no service was provided. I tried calling, they were extremely rude and will basically tell you, oh well not my problem. Just don't waste your money. Once you start they'll keep taking.

this guys.....charge me continue every month. I called them. they said you pay for 1 use 29.00 and after that I was authorizing them to pay every month , because I dint say that I was just one time. they are laying and stealing money every month.

ZERO STARS!!!They scamed me out of a months subscription by purposely ignoring my request which they already had to cancel 2 full days before the monthly charge was due. I have the emails that show all the proof and I think its time to expose these thieves and start legal action? If you see some kind of action taken, I invite anyone else to join me in reclaiming money they stole!

We tried to cancel after the $1 fee, and three months later these scoundrels are taking almost $30 a month out of our account!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a scam. Full on, scam.

Please be careful with this site. If you do the $1.00 report you may get charged $18.88. Then, they place you on automatic recurring billing for services you never ordered. When you call for a refund they refuse and just offer a cancellation. Sad that companies can't survive without tactics like this. Do not use this site.

They offer “free” background checks only to have you go through a long series of hurdles while you wait for what I assume is the system generating the report. Once it’s done you are informed there is a $1.00* fee for a short trial period. I never did find the fine print for this *. Used a debit card which I moved $3.00 onto just to cover this transaction, yet I was told the transaction was declined, so I’m unsure how much they attempted to charge. Why can’t people, especially businesses just be honest, if we know what your fees are we are more likely to pay, but the deception and blind spending is a hard no for me.

Misleading billing practices that set up automatic recurring charges, with no way to cancel online. The information provided is absolutely useless and incomplete. You will find more reliable information if you simply use Google and search the individual that way without paying a dime. This website should be shut down...

Old information, not updated or current. Most info said unknown. Dont waste your money like I did! I should demand a refund! Crummy ass websites like this... I should've known better!

I just wanted checks and ended up in scamville. Paid 29.16 a month for 6 months or more before i caught it. Paid for something I dont even know what I got. She canceled when I called but offered no type of refund. Do not buy from this place

You sign up for unlimited checks at 28.99 but when you go to perform a check you have to pay 6.99 for a pdf or to be able to download it. They did give me a refund for a month, but I would not use this company again.

The usual cliche, if I could give it zero Stars I would! This company has basically stole two years of monthly charges of $29.17 per month!! And they would have their money 2 hours after my disability check would deposit at 2:00 in the morning! I've contacted them, I've only received 6 payments back so far. I'm going to be sending another email today. I will post further updates, good or not-so-good. They were NOT anywhere in my subscriptions anywhere to be found!! Don't know HOW they managed that hiding trick, but they got me for $739!! Minus the 6 payments($170). Not counting the 3x I incurred insufficient funds fee for a returned payment because I wasn't aware I was being "robbed"; when I called and tried to address this, Cloey cut me off, wouldn't let me talk, and didn't seem very accommodating to help me resolve this matter! I guess I will be forced to report this to the Attorney General in their state and mine as well. I've already contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a fraud complaint, next is a formal complaint on BBB's site(even though they're not accredited through the better Business bureau anymore because they dropped them because they've had so many complaints!) and will post soon and update on this matter.
