Actually should be zero, but you have to give a rating to start. The site is a rip off. They claimed my account was permanently suspended for cause when I had no history with them. After the $1 signup, I canceled 3 days later, and they still charged my account at the end of the "try-out" period.

Scam I knew more before I used them don't even waste the 1 dollar.

They did not provide me with any information. Their system doesn’t work and the crooked rats stole $1 from me.

This is my second review because beyond the three fraudulent charges, they made with me, causing me to have to cancel my debit card, Iwas just notified that they are continuing to try to charge my old card with more scam charges! This company is the worst of the worst and needs to be taken DOWN!!

I signed up for a $1.00 trial run. The information provided was incomplete and outdated. I cancelled the subscription but was charged $29.16 five days later. Don't waste your money. This is a scam.

They've been taking 30 per month for several months AFTER I called 800-267-2122.! and canceled, before the trial period was over. I didn't give it another thought until the bank called me. So, I called again and asked for a refund for all they had taken. First they tried to sell me another subscription! They said my money would be returned. It wasn't. I don't want to cancel my account, but I guess I have to, because they are still taking it every month. I called again. They gave me a site to email, saying take it up with them that way. That didn't work either. It's been 8 months now!
When I looked up family members, and myself, the info given was very old. Some of it was COMPLETELY FALSE! Especially the police records, which could cause many people a lot of unnecessary grief.
They are not the only ones, either. I've had similar issues with other search sites. I recommend not wasting your time, money, and a butt ton of aggravation on them. Try official government sites for info instead.
The most aggravating part, besides endless holds, transfers, and disconnects, is that I got screwed and there seems to be NOTHING I can do about it.

It doesn’t work and they refuse to accept my payment even though I know I have money on all three cards. I’m pretty sure they do that so you don’t receive their $1 offer because you only have 10 minutes to do it. It’s as if they are making sure you end up paying more. Find a different site to use.

They lie to you about being 24/7 and lie about there site being free , this should be illegal yet some how it is not . They play games with you and think there untouchable, I pray someone walks in to there home office with a trench coat and duffel bag and does the world a favor . They deserve to go to hell for being a con artist and stealing money from the American people ;)

I ordered a personal review thru Google because it was free. After putting all info in they wanted a $1. So I put CC info in _ 3x it was Denied. Tried using my DC DENIED Also. Then got FRAUD ALERT FROM BANK ON CC. Had to call immediately. ?LONG STORY SHORT BOTH MY CC AND DC HAD TO BE CLOSED because they tried on CC 6x to get $29.17 & an amt less than$1 and 1x on DC. This happened on 2/22/25 early in am. SO no shopping for anything last weekend. Called them Monday and they couldn't care less. THE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDULENT AND HEARTLESS!!!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOULL SUFFER LIKE THE REST OF US. Thought they were safe because of Google connection - yeah right.

This is a very mis leading website do not fall into their trap of the $1 scam because you will be signed up and they will be taking your money $ 29.00 out of your account / cc

Very bad company they are thirsty for money they should be close for ever

This company is a rip off it says a dollar at checkout but they charge u 6.95 and then 29.95 and never got free trial.I called and got the refund for 30 dollars back but still charged me 6.95 there deceiving people. Don’t use this company

They ban you but don't tell you why other than to say that you have broken their rules
Fortunately, there are other. More professional similar services that don't arbitrarily ban you. Why would anyone want to use a service such as this? I would give zero stars if I could because that is what your service is worth

Their website is typical for this kind of service. Although they did find the person I was looking for, they wasted 3 minutes pretending to look stuff up that is near instant just to make me feel invested so I would buy what they told me was free. Same as every other background check website.

This a spam - they took me $26.24 from my card . Never authorized

Whoever gave this company more than one star must work there. Do not use this site. I signed up for 1 dollar, and they charged my 8 dollars and in 3 days another 22. And I couldn't even find myself on there after putting in all the correct information. SCAM

I did a search for someone and it said that there were results. Then I paid the dollar that check people.com wanted me to pay to access the information. After I paid then it said there was no results. They are a complete rip off do not use them they are scammers.
