Ordinato e arrivato un mese dopo. Il pacco è arrivato rotto e la tela spiegazzata. Al mio reclamo mi hanno suggerito di metterla sotto dei pesi garantendomi che sarebbe tornata a posto. Ordinato anche un portapennelli che dalla foto sembrava catino, invece è della peggior plastica possibile. Oltretutto ho trovato lo stesso prodotto su amazon a un quarto del prezzo che l'ho pagato. Non fatevi fregare dalle pubblicità su instagram: la maggior parte delle volte sono delle delusioni, se non delle fregature.

I ordered £33 worth of paintbrushes and accessories as a present then found out the recipient had already ordered them for herself! I contacted Customer Services to cancel before order was shipped and received immediate polite response and refund within 3 days. Excellent Customer Service. Can't comment on paintbrushes l ordered as cancelled order. But based on this experience would give this company a chance :) If l can order something else to add to present, l will.

The company brands itself as UK based which is false advertising. I ordered paint by numbers for a gift and after waiting over a week I chased this up. Only to discover through tracking that it was being shipped from China. More than two weeks later it finally arrived, but too late to gift (I had to buy something else). Trying to communicate with customer services is frustrating and they refused to cancel my order and then pushed for me to pay shipping to return and a restocking fee. Shipping fair enough if it was UK based and a speedy service, but to China - no. Avoid at all costs.

I discovered this company on Instagram and decided to order a paint-by-numbers kit from their website. After placing the order, I realized the product was shipped from China, which I hadn’t noticed before. The delivery took about two weeks, just as stated on the website.
The package arrived well-protected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The paints are vibrant, the canvas is clear and detailed, and everything was neatly organized. I also ordered extra brushes and a magnifying lamp - both turned out to be sturdy and of great quality.
I’m satisfied with this purchase. Everything matched the description, and the overall experience was smooth and reliable.
Overall, a positive experience.

I thought the shipping time would be a lot longer but it took 2-3 weeks. I haven’t started painting it yet but everything is above expectations based on what I have read before. I found this cute painting I really wanted to get but all reviews were poor so I hesitated at first. I’m satisfied for now. I would have added a picture if my order but I don’t seem to find how.

UPDATE!
Völlig unbrauchbar, Linien stimmen teilweise nicht überein, man muss ahnen wie es werden soll.
Farben viel zu grell für das mediterrane Motiv . Diese konnte man auch nur mit Gewalt und teilweise Werkzeug öffnen .
Beim 2. Bild gab ich auf ( war ein 6er Heim) und nun verschrottet. Taugt nichtmal für meine Enkel.
Über 40 € in den Sand gesetzt
Habe mir zum 2. Mal Schipper geleistet, das ist Qualität vom Feinsten.

Man wird irre geführt bei der Bestellung und meint sie haben Sitz in Deutschland.
Später gesehen dass sitz in USA ist

Die Vorschaubilder in den Anzeigen sind KI generiert. Das eigentliche Produkt, also die Leinwände und Farben ergeben NIEMALS die angezeigte Bildqualität.
Sehen eher wie schlechte Vektorgrafiken aus. Die Farben ergeben keine Harmonie, wirken nicht von nah und auch nicht auf Distanz.
Die Firma Schipper ist da doch ungeschlagen die Beste auf dem Markt. Und zudem in Deutschland produziert.
CheerfulPainting lässt in China produzieren, billig und schlechte Qualität. NIE Wieder!

The piece is great, paints are thick but medium works well. My only gripe with it is that I bought the better pink brushes because they were meant to be "Shorter bristles and more precise." They were longer than the 3 cheap brushes that came with the kit, hard to control and just a difficult experience in general with them. Im painting the smallest sections in with a different adjoined colour because its just too hard to do it.

1. The paint brush: I have bought additional paintbrush (pink) from this company as I liked how easy it was to paint the canvass using it, but after using it for 2 days the hair is starting to separate from each other.
2. White spots on the canvass after painting: im not sure what the issue is? If it's the canvass, the paint might be too thick or both but after painting I can see unpainted spots which looks awful.
When I emailed CS they asked me to send pics of the issues which I did and then they didn't reply. I asked for a follow up which they have replied with an automatic answer on how to use the brush or paints provided, why automatic answer? Because this has been sent to me as a reply when I used messenger to complain.

Paket ging verloren. Der Versänder fühlten sich zuständig Nachforschungen anzustellen, noch für Ersatz zu sorgen… das Geld bekam ich nie wieder zurück.

Außerdem löscht die Firma auf sämtlichen Plattformen (Facebook,…) und unter Produkten schlechte Kommentare!

Bitte nichts dort bestellen! Diese Firma ist sehr unseriös!

Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Habe von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch gemacht und auf eigene Kosten ca. 50,-€ die Ware zu der angegebenen Adresse zurückgesandt. Seitdem warte ich auf die Erstattung. Bekomme auch keine Antworten mehr auf meine Rückforderungsschreiben. Leider auf eine Betrugsseite reingefallen.

great designs !! but very poor paints, coverage really bad. Can see all your strokes and paint over three or four times before any coverage passable. When drys still not desirable. I cancelled my second order

Vor 3 Wochen bestellt, heute noch immer nichts erhalten

I placed my order on 26.06.25, today is 05.07.25 and I’m still waiting for my order. I have ordered very obvious things - brushes and paint thinner. Nothing special. Why it takes do long?

I waited for the canvases to arrive for longer than expected, but they finally arrived. Communication with the company was good. But I un packed my item today and unfortunately I’m missing one pot of paint. I’ve communicated this, so hopefully this will be sent.

Also ich kann mich im Grunde nicht beschweren.
Klar einige Farben haben einen leicht dunkleren oder helleren Stich als der Ton auf dem Photo und die Farbe zieht sich dezent zusammen dass ich über einige Felder ein zweites Mal rüber muss aber alles in allem kann ich für den Preis nicht meckern.
Wenn die Farben bischen antrocknen weil das Töpfchen lange auf ist mache ich halt 2-3 Tropfen Wasser rein und rühre ordentlich um, dann gehts wieder und das mit den Pinseln...für n Appel und n Ei könnt ihr bei Müller, Action oder Tedi ein dünnen Pinsel holen und damit gehts super gut :)

The canvas is good quality but the numbering is horrendous. I ordered a lighthouse and the kit did not come with a number chart. Thus, the only way to complete it is with a powerful magnifying glass. I will not be ordering from this company again. Be aware no matter how good the canvas if the numbering is faint and blurry you can’t finish it.
