First of all, I am a real person, not a bot. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my daughter. I absolutely love, love, love the painting. Everything was delivered on time, the paint was enough for extra left over, the picture turned out amazing. Not sure what happened with the rest of you with a bad experience, but I have noted that I don't usually post my positive experiences. Thought this company deserved a positive review.

Leider wieder reingefallen! Absolut gar nicht zu empfehlen! Ware wurde bestellt und erst nach geraumer Zeit versandt, das Paket wurde unerlaubt in einen Holzunterstand geworfen, war kaputt und es fehlten Teile der Bestellung. Kundenservice unterirdisch schlecht!!! Erst keine Reaktion, dann man wolle helfen, dann Vertröstung, man müsse mit dem Versanddienstleister klären… Und dann kommt Zahlungsaufforderung von Klarna, Ware ordnungsgemäß zugestellt, ich soll zahlen. Wieder dort hingeschrieben… Jetzt könne man mir nicht mehr weiterhelfen, der Kundenservice sei nicht mehr zuständig, es sei eine Sache der Bank?! Habe auf meine Rechte, den Verbraucherschutz und Anzeige/ Rechtsanwalt verwiesen… interessiert nicht! Unfassbar! Werde auf jeden Fall weitere Schritte einleiten…

Einfach super, genau das richtige wenn man mal eine Pause vom Alltag braucht.
Der Service ist erste Klasse

Null Sterne kann man leider nicht vergeben.
Die schicken mir einen kaputten Pinsel, total ausgefranzt, damit konnte man nicht präzise malen. Als ich mich beschwert habe, hieß es ich soll es auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken. Angeblich können sie keine Rücksendeetiketten erstellen.
Habe mich dann an Klarna gewandt und der Shop behauptet es wäre ein Benutzerfehler. Ja nee, ist klar.
Kauft da bloß nicht. Hätte ich auch vorher gewusst, dass die Ware aus China kommt, hätte ich es gelassen. Verkaufen da überteuert Pinselsets für 16€ oder mehr, bei Temu kosten die nur 2€. Spart euch das Geld. Kauft lieber Qualität von Ravenburger.

Ordered a lot and they are amazing , however they changed the canvases and I hate them so much , they used to be the white smooth feeling canvases and now the last 3 orders have been the off white rough bumpy canvases and I don’t like them at all

I bought from the company in April. Now I was trying to track the parcel and it says that it was delivered in May 5. I haven´t got it. I´m trying to get a refund. For me it´s a lot of money.

I am addicted. I just love this experience. I'm usually doing watercolours and I love it but this is a whole new level. Yes it took about 3 weeks but that's no problem once you start. I used my watercolour brushes. I wish I could show you my paintings. I am more than happy. I've bought 4 and I will be buying more. Thank you

Took a month to review despite their advertisements stating it would take 5-7 days, ordered because the brushes in the advertisement looked like good quality so had no issues with the price as I thought that’s what I would get…I didn’t, you get a pack of 3 cheap brushes nothing like advertised…won’t be ordering again due to the false advertising

I ordered different sets of paint by numbers. All arrived as advertised. The only reason for a missing star is that length of time for delivery. That said I knew they would take a while and as I wasnt in a hurry it wasn't an issue for me. Received emails when item had been dispatched. Happy with products

Wo soll ich anfangen?
1. Kauft niemals, nie, nie ein Produkt, für das in Facebook geworben wird. Auch wenn man "made in Germany" liest und denkt, es wird dort produziert und/oder hergestellt...leider muss ich euch enttäuschen! Alles je dort bestellte oder gekaufte Produkt ist Schrott weil es in Wahrheit in China oder Bangladesch oder überall dort wo Menschlichkeit fehlt, hergestellt wird!
2. Finger weg!, von Facebook geworbenen Produkten! Alles Billigschrott aus China. Die freuen sich bloß über JEDEN Idioten ( bitte NICHT persönlich nehmen! ), der das kauft!
Diese Leute bekommen euer sauer verdientes Geld und lachen sich ins Fäustchen darüber, dass dieses Geld zum größten Teil und hauptsächlich in diese menschenverachtende, chinesische Politik investiert wird. Das Land wird durch solche Käufe mächtiger als sich jedes EU-Land wünscht.
...und diese Firma "Cheerfulpainting" ist davon nicht ausgenommen!
Die mitgelieferten Pinsel sind Schrott. Die zusätzlichen gekauften Pinsel, sind ebenfalls NICHT zu gebrauchen!
Schade um jeden Cent, der dort abgeliefert wird!

Bitte unterlasst es, mir auf diese Rezension zu antworten...ist auch bloß Schrott, was da geschrieben wird!

For those people complaining about how long their orders take, you do realize that these orders come from china right? Mine took as long as Temus take, a couple of weeks, which is normal, I ordered a painting from them, canvas is pretty good and smooth and paint sticks to canvas no problem, covers the numbers nicely, but some of the paints are not that good, some of the colours just smudge the area and dont flow nicely, and are see through and globby even after adding flow aid and stirring, Id give it a higher star rating if it wasnt for these paints, advise to have extra paints to mix in case you get a not so good batch

Nie wieder. Meine Bestellung konnte angeblich nicht zugestellt werden, da meine Adresse nicht korrekt wäre. Alles überprüft, Adresse ist korrekt, auf Nachfrage wurde ich aber zu einer anderen Email Adresse vertröstet. Nun fordere ich noch mal mein Geld zurück, ansonsten gehe ich zum Anwalt.

Nonostante io fossi molto prevenuta viste le molteplici recensioni negative, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Le tempistiche di spedizione non sono molto rapide ma il pacco é arrivato intatto, contenente tutto il necessario (pennelli e tutti i colori necessari). Unico piccolo difetto é che gli spazi da colorare sono molto ristretti e risulta un po’ difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

This is a scam. I paid for this product but never received the order. I’ve emailed the customer service multiple times and have just been ignored. It’s a scam!

Disappointed by the colour matches - nothing like the advertised picture. And their brush quality IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THEIR INSTAGRAM ADVERTISEMENT!!! Just a shitty set of paint brushes, maybe 1 step above their basic set.

Gorgeous paintings that came exactly as advertised, have really enjoyed my paintings and found it really relaxing. Yes delivery takes a while but I expected this when I placed the order

False advertisement. Bought this purely because the paint brushes looked superior to be able to get detailed work some and cheap plastic rubbish brushes were sent instead

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They obviously know what they are doing by reading these reviews. I ordered 4 paint canvasses. It took forever. The tracking was a joke! Then when I opened the bag it was a child’s plastic plate and utensils! No paint, no canvasses! After many emails back and forth they told me that I obviously got the right order because the weight at shipping was right. Maybe I misplaced the item! I even sent them pictures of what I received! I ordered these right before my surgery. I thought it would be a nice way to recover at home. No! They stole my $85.

If I could find company info I would file a formal complaint. They say they are out of New York! I do not believe that!

Plastikware aus China, beim öffnen hat’s unfassbar gestunken und die Schürze hab ich sofort entsorgt - dieses steife Plastikteil binde ich mir nicht um!
Nach den Rezensionen hier bin ich gespannt, ob die Bilder was taugen. Das Bild bei meinem persönlichen Foto vorne drauf ist auf jeden Fall schon mal nicht in den richtigen Farben. Mal sehen.
Kundenservice sehr anstrengend, wollte die Bestellung stornieren, als ich gelesen habe, dass es von China weggeschickt wird - es wurde nicht ein einziges Mal auf meine Fragen in den Mails geantwortet, sondern nur meine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt — danke, die hatte ich selbst. Ich bestelle auf keinen Fall mehr.

Bestellt besser bei Amazon. Der Kundenservice ist sehr unfreundlich und es dauert Wochen bis jemand auf eine Nachfrage bezüglich einer Rücksendung antwortet und dann soll man die Rücksendung selber zahlen. Sind nach China mal eben 45€.
Bevor ich die Möglichkeit bekommen habe meine Bestellung zurückschicken zu dürfen musste ich diskutieren warum ich die Bestellung nicht behalten möchte. Aber die Farben stimmen nicht mit den Farben auf de Webseite überein.
Spart euch euer Geld und schaut bei Amazon oder ähnliches.
