Schade, dass man keine Null Sterne geben kann.
Ein unmöglicher Laden. Habe zwei Bilder sowie Pinsel bestellt. Die Haare der Pinsel verteilen sich in alle Richtungen und fallen beim Malen aus. Die Farbe deckt gar nicht und wird total fleckig. Einfach nur grauenhafte Qualität. Beim Kundenservice wird man erst nett empfangen und anschließend wie ein dummer belehrt wie man es denn richtig anwenden soll und wie man die Pinsel waschen soll, obwohl dies ein normaler Mensch sowieso so machen würde. Eine Rückerstattung des Betrags ignoriert diese Firma sowieso. Nie wieder bestelle ich bei diesem absolut nicht lobenswerten Laden!!

I have just received three kits as they were buy two get one free. I am really pleased with the canvas. Can't wait to get started.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with them on January 1-it took a full three weeks and I finally received a notice that it was shipped. A week after that I was notified that it had been delivered….but there was nothing, anywhere. Upon further investigation on the very vague tracking website they provided I realize it was delivered in NORTH CAROLINA. I live in New York City. I do not have an address in North Carolina. I do not know anyone that lives in North Carolina. I attempted to contact customer service and they kept sending me screen shots of the delivered info on the tracking site and telling me to “check with a neighbor”- repeatedly- even when I told them that it was different states and would involve a flight. Then they stopped responding all together so I contacted my bank and reported the charge as fraud and requested a refund. Then I started receiving email requests to review the products- so I explained my experience in a review, and a week and a half later I got a random email from their customer service department….again with a screen shot of the tracking, telling me to check with a neighbor. When I again replied the same as I had the last 5 times, they sent me a blurry screen shot of a shipping label with my name- but a NC address that I’ve never seen before in my life, and asked if maybe I mistakenly gave them the wrong info. Mind you— all of the original order confirmation emails have my correct NYC address on them, and in fact- if you go on the site and check on my order by putting in the order number and my email- while it will say it was delivered….it still very clearly has my correct address associated. So where are they even getting this other address from? It is so shady- I’m not even going to communicate with them further because I don’t trust the company at all at this point. So don’t waste your time or risk the headache— it’s not worth it.

Selten so schlechte Qualität an Farben erlebt. Der Kundendienst nimmt meine Reklamation nicht ernst, gibt unmögliche Tipps, ich solle die Farben einfach über sechs mal auftragen, damit es deckt. Es wird überhaupt nicht auf meine Forderung einer Erstattung eingegangen.

I was so excited to receive my order to start painting, it took about four weeks and then when I did receive my items, I only received three out of the five which one of them was broken. I have emailed sent. Pictures explained to them numerous times what is missing and to either give me a full refund or send the pieces that was missing. the pieces I was missing was the canvas and the paint and they needed to replace the easel because it was broken when it arrived. They keep asking me if I open the box and of course I open the box how would I know if one was broken and two items were missing if I did not open the box. I am so frustrated with this company that I will never order from them again and it’s just ruined my experience trying to start this project. Please do not order from cheerful paintings. They have awful customer service. They will not get back with you unless they keep asking you the same questions over and over and over what’s missing and if I open the box and to send more pictures which I did three or four times.

Oh man - Katastrophe. Die Bilder sind überhaupt nicht wie auf der Internetseite als Antwort auf meine Bitte der Rückerstattung bekomme ich nur eine Adresse statt Retourschein und dass es da hin geschickt werden soll.
Für zwei (!!) Bilder 65€ bezahlt, die Firma sagt ich muss den Rückversand übernehmen - 46€! Leute, Finger weg und lieber über Amazon was suchen, da ist wenigstens der Service - und ja, dazu gehört ein kostenloser Rückversand!!! - gut und man bekommt sein Geld zurück.
Schrecklich!

Ich hab den Support kontaktiert weil die Bilder überhaupt nicht so aussehen wie auf der Website angegeben. Hätte ich gesehen, was ich tatsächlich bekomme, hätte ich nicht bestellt. Das nennt man irreführende Werbung.
Als ich darauf hinwies bot man mir eine Erstattung an - aber nur wenn ich selbst den Versand nach China bezahle. Ich glaub ich spinne? Ich bestelle etwas, man liefert was anderes und jetzt soll ich für die Rücksendung bezahlen? Finger von diesem unseriösen Shop lassen!!!!
Update: entgegen der Antwort hier, die suggeriert, dass ich Hilfe bekommen, wurde meine Anfrage ziemlich unfreundlich beantwortet und mal hölt daran fest, dass ich die Rücksendung selber zahlen müssen.
Mir hätte ja klar sein müssen, dass die Bilder nicht gleich aussehen.
Leute, es gibt einen Unterschied zu nicht gleich und das was ihr hier macht. Es gibt genug andere Anbieter, bei denen das nicht so ist!

Do NOT order the custom photo kits. The painting reference image looks nothing like the photo you submit, and you won’t get a reply from customer service when you try to contact them. I also ended up with a duplicate custom painting, which I never ordered, as my “free” painting (buy 3 get 1 free), instead of them just taking off the 4th canvas. Massive waste of money. Buy local.

One star only because I have to. Bad business. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered 4 paint by numbers. When they finally got here, their pictures were very different than the ones advertised. I emailed them to ask for a refund and directions for returning. They then asked for pictures and tried to say that this was normal for oil painting. I sent pictures of the ones I ordered on line and the ones I received. The second email they agreed to accept the return but said I have to pay for the shipping to China. In their advertisements it clearly says there is a 30 day return policy. They gave me a sketchy address, not sure if it's a real address. They said they will send a return slip which they never did. Needless to say, this will go right in the garbage. 60.00 down the drain. Don't buy from these people.

Leinwand und Pinsel konnten nicht zusammen bestellt werden und es fielen doppelte Versandkosten an (Lieferzeit statt 3-5 Tage dann ein Monat gewesen).
Leinwand kam komplett beschädigt an und sie wollten uns ein neues schicken nachdem wir 5x gesagt haben, dass wir kein neues wollen und eine Rückerstattung haben möchten. Pinsel sind nicht zu erstatten, da sie kein Mangel aufweisen.

Sehr schlechter Support was Rückgabe und Rückversand angeht.

Jag vill ha mina pengar tillbaka eftersom jag fortfarande INTE fått några varor eller beställningsbekräftelse men pengarna är dragna från mitt konto och ni har fått en kärmdump på betalningen men ha inte fått några pengar tillbaka!!!!

I was waiting for a very long time to have an items shipped. But my set is ok. Colors matches there is the set of stickers to mark the paints. The bright colors need 2-3 layers to cover the number, but I suppse it’s quite normal.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered several paintings $70.00 worth for Christmas! I only received one of the paintings. It has been a nightmare trying to get the others. I was emailing back and forth with them then all of a sudden the stopped replying! I'm pretty sure I will not get money or paintings. This is a awful company to deal with.

The whole process of working with cheerful painting has been the OPPOSITE of cheerful, it’s been extremely frustrating. I ordered a canvas and saw the option to include a frame or not. I’ve done a paint by numbers before and it was on a hard surface, so I decided to save some money and not get the frame. Well, it’s a wrinkled folded up soft canvas that must be stretched across a frame. This is not made clear on their website. I then ordered the wrong size frame because the size of what I ordered was no where in my order description or on the original item to purchase! I couldn’t find it anywhere. I messaged them about a possible exchange and they responded with telling me my canvas dimensions, and what to order next. Well, I found a canvas at my local store for 1/3 the cost and stretched my paint by numbers over that. Finally! I can start painting! Well… the paints are 3 and 4 digit numbers, but the canvas has numbers 1-24!! I have no idea which colors mean which numbers on the canvas. I mentioned my paintings title in an email explaining the situation, and they sent me a completely different picture, with those paint colors and corresponding numbers… they do not match my picture! This has been so beyond frustrating! Spend your money elsewhere!

I ordered a few items from Cheerful Painting, including a paint-by-numbers canvas, brushes, and an easel. Unfortunately, one of the brushes was defective, and although I was promised a 10% refund, I never received it. Additionally, the paint-by-numbers kit did not meet my expectations.

I have tried contacting the company multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my messages. Furthermore, returning the item to China is extremely expensive (40-60 euros), and this was not made clear on the website. Interestingly, the package was originally shipped from Germany, which makes the situation even more confusing.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and response from this company. I hope others have a better experience, but I wanted to share my own struggles.
