I wouldn't buy a car from tim we when to pick up our ford kuga when we got there tim told us to take the car to a garage, because the engine management light was on
We drove the car.The car went into limp mode taking it to the garage the man in the garage told us he i don't knock the light off.we ad my 3 years old son in the car a tractor needly hit as we was stack on a dual carriageway as the car was cutting out phoned tim he didnt care he told as to fine a way home with my little boy we was in the car for 4 hours tim had the car back i give him a chance to fix the car waiting 3 weeks it have the car back tim told the finance company that the car wasn't fixed and it wouldn't start but en we have speeding ticket through the door when tim ad the car he siad he we put water in the diesel and he know that we didnt put no diesel in the car tim u can phone the police and I will tell them everything threatening me.Don't work i'm not someone that you can bully either.

Bought a 2012 Suzuki swift from here as my first car. Very nice nippy car. Have absolutely no complaints about it. Good price with a warranty I would definitely recommend this place and buy again in future if need be. Very good customer service and overall buying the car was hassle free.

Took a chance and bought a car remotely, Chepstow Trade Centre arranged delivery and took my vehicle in PX. Couple of little niggles were sorted to my satisfaction and I am very pleased with my new car.

We viewed the car on the Monday and were able to reserve it that day to test drive on the Friday! Quick service and reassured us all the way. Was a lovely experience and very helpful!

A brilliant experience from start to finish. As soon as I made an enquiry on line I was contacted via email. We arranged to meet on Sunday. Upon arrival we were greeted and told to "take our time, no rush" my wife found a car she liked and the deal was made. Highly recommended 👌. The warranty provided tells you the standard of service and commitment to protect the buyer / customer.

i would definitely recommend this company for many good reasons, they will help you in the best way possible with anything, if you are struggling to find what you want they will help to find the best match for you. i seen a car on auto trader and it was ready within a week! mark helped me find everything i needed with this car and he also helped me cover all the costs i needed to pay. i would definitely go back to this place if i need to find a car again, thankyou mark for taking good care of us:)

I came down having looked at the car online and wanting to inspect it further before potentially buying. The guys at Chepstow Trade Centre were really friendly and welcoming, but not pushy or tried to sell me too hard. They allowed me to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and take it for a test drive. The car was in really good condition despite it being a 13 year old Honda Civic, and I was able to drive it away due to it being MOT'd and serviced. I think you always need to do your research on cars before you buy them, but I'd still happily recommend Chepstow Trade Centre to others as it was a great experience overall. I've had to drive the car heavily since purchase (back and forth Berkshire), and it runs like a dream.

Called into the site purely on the off chance. Was looking for a replacement car after mine was written off. Was put under no pressure as we walked around the site looking. When I approached Mark to ask if I could look at one of the cars he was great got us the key and left us to look at with no hassle but was there to ask any questions we needed to. We decided we wanted to buy the car. The paperwork was completed with no hassle or problems. He then arranged a service and new mot for the car I was then rang by Tim on the morning of the second day to say the car was ready to be collected. It then took less than half hour to do the final paperwork and drive off with my new car. A TOTALLY stress free and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the company and the two guys I dealt with. Thankyou both for all your help.

My wife and I were looking for a reasonably priced run around for short trips. Having seen one or two cars on the Motors website, one of which was a very nice 2010 Renault clio, I contacted Mark at the Caerleon site who could not have been more professional, and pleasant. He did everything he could to make the whole process of viewing, test driving, and purchasing the car stress free. From the very start Mark showed excellent help and communication.

Upon arrival it was a fun and relaxed . We had many laughs a daunting experience suddenly became an enjoyable one.
I had an issue with a sensor warning light coming on a couple of days later, it was all sorted quickly and efficiently by the team. I love the car and am very happy with whole experience

We recently bought a car from this garage and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team are truly lovely and kind people – from the very start they made us feel welcome and supported. Before handing the car over, they carried out a full service, fitted new tyres, and made sure everything was in perfect working order.
The car itself is spotless, clean and shiny, and drives beautifully. I am disabled, so my wife will be the main driver, and they were very understanding of our situation – patient, caring, and never pushy. It really felt like they wanted us to be happy and safe in our new car.

Very friendly people and happy to explain all the details of buying a car. They were very easy to deal with and we've come away with a lovely new car while part-exchanging our old one for a fair price.
