Our specialist is Rachele Dunn and she has been fantastic through the entire process. We felt from the get go that Rachele really understood our situation and was more than able to explain everything fully.
Everyones's situation is different and we found that our concerns were answered and the explanations were backed up with an illustration that we were able to review and digest at our own pace. No pressure sales, just information that you can use to decide what is best for you. Its a big step and we found the process to be clear and our Mortgage Specialist to be extremely helpful, but we were never pressured, in fact you are required to obtain independent legal advice as part of the process.

We have been retired for approximately 20 years. The pensions were great to start with. That great has changed with time.
Chip has allowed us to remain in our own home. I was contemplating selling and moving. That was impossible. The where and how was too much.
