CHIP Reverse Mortgage Reviews 

In my first meeting with Chris, he went through the whole process of applying for a reverse mortgage in detail. In the next few days he followed up with a couple of emails explaining the next steps to do in the process, then he passed my account to a fellow member in the company, Sam, was just as great constantly keeping me updated on each step needed to complete to get through the process. Outstanding job to both gentleman.

Agnes Letkeman is a very fine representative for HEB and Chip. She explained and guided us through the process professionally, She was clear and patient. We never felt pressured, which was important to us. The process itself went smoothly and efficiently.
On a human note our daughter who is severely critically ill required much of our time through this process. Agnes was patient and compassionate.

We had a great experience with the Mortgage Specialist Aaron Yanover, he was very patient and explained the process, the options and what to expect in a very clear and easy to understand manner. He kept us updated at every stage, reaching out often to update us.

Holly Hoy was wonderful to deal with. She took the time to explain in detail the process, and answered all my questions. The law firm, Elliott Law,, here in LondonI was excellent, and very helpful. Kimberly Elliott was the lawyer. My only request is that I would like to receive a written , as in paper, copy of the documents I signed to keep in my file.i have requested these from both Ms. Hoy and Ms. Elliott, but have not as yet received them.
I do not normally use my iPad to do business, and find this frustrating..
