We were looking to get a loan for a new roof and tree cutting
We were looking to get a loan for a new roof and chopping down a large tree in our yard, was referred to chip reverse mortgage by our lender at our bank. First contact was Chris Hoeppner he got in touch with us the same day we were referred. Chris was very helpful and answered our questions, very caring, easy to talk to. Our next contact was Sam Sinclair. He gave more answers to questions we had not asked Chris. Everything went very well and we were so happy with the service, dedication and thoughtfulness from both Sam and Chris A great big THANKS to BOTH of YOU. We would recommend this product to any one.

The process went quite smoothly and quickly. From the time I first contacted the Home Equity Bank to the time I signed the final papers was not much more than 2 weeks. My mortgage specialist, Holly Hoy, was particularly helpful in moving things along, providing spreadsheets of options, and clarifying various details.
And the application itself -- the commitment document -- was remarkably thorough, comprehensive, and professional looking. A few minor glitches were rectified in short order by follow-up questions from Home Equity.
