It's a great gift idea

Ordered 2 Slow Feeders and only received 1 upon delivery, waited a few days still no second delivery, so replied to customer service. They responded quickly and politely and within a few a days delivery was in hand. 5 stars on product and customer service!

Painless Electric Dog Nail Grinder --- Great product compared to a couple others I've tried. Worked well with my large dog. Directions could be a little clearer but really, it was the terrible shipping that got this a 3 instead of a 4 star rate. Ordered on 5/4 and received on 6/1 with limited update info available as it shipped direct from China. Love the videos and thank you for putting out a pretty good product Chocodogger. Might want to tune up your shipping. Thank you. (Edited to add the product item name.)

The brush works to remove fur. The water compartment leaks, the mist coming out of the brush is cold. The brush surface falls out when trying to clean trapped animal fur. The quality of product is below expectations for the price. Shipping took a long time

I like the chain and the little charm but it is discoloring and turning her chin fur green!
Measure your dogs neck before ordering it is not adjustable and the fit is not like a regular collar.

I bought a few items from their inventory and I must say that I'm very impressed with quality and fit (make sure to refer to the sizing chart) great products every dog owner should have the grooming amenities, very useful. We are definitely looking to purchase more toys on the next order and definitely very happy with our purchase.

The product works wonders, their paw definitely clean of dirt and I don't have to clean my floor all day!! Super recommended 👌
