My experience was fantastic. Even though part of my order was stolen off my front porch, despite asked mailman to not leave packages outside. Chocodogger replaced the nail trimmer without hesitation. It was sent quickly and swiftly. The nail grinder is exactly what I needed to get my dogs nails comfortable with having their nails done at home. Thank you so much.

I never got my product I ordered. A xlg travel dog couch for 149.00 +!!!!
It has been since January 12 when order was placed and nothing has arrived.

I haven't recieved my package. No assistance regarding the matter. I have contacted support many time asking about the status of my order and tracking number because the page keeps saying that there's no order. No response.

I found it difficult to us on my dog. Maybe over time she will get used to it. I love the idea as I have a large back yard and she loves to run. Getting dirt and debris in her paws. However the device did not clean her paws like I expected. I will continue to try and I rewatch the videos to make sure I am using it correctly.

For one, the sizing chart is wrong. Two, the shipping took forever because it comes directly from China and it’s not already here in the USA. Three, the front buckles are
Metal but the rear ones are plastic. The hook to attach the leash is on the front which will get caught on any of the attachments you put on the harness. And lastly, they sent a harness pack but refuse to return the collar as they told me I would have to return everything, even though it comes separately wrapped in the package, and not only that but was
Told that weeks after receiving because these guys don’t answer emails in a timely
Fashion I’m talking weeks at a time. So now I’m out 90$ for a harness that’s wrong and a collar that doesn’t even fit.

It was a really good pourchase, my dogs love it, but it was easier to resolve as I expected, maybe smaller spaces? Anyway great toy

I haven't receive my product, ordered 3 weeks ago

I tried to find return instructions for the gold necklace and couldn't. Shadow does not like the food bow or water dish either.

So very disappointed. I ordered a cute little gold ID tag as a Christmas stocking stuffer for my daughter and although it was ordered on December 4, it has not arrived still and Christmas has come and gone. *EDITED* I did receive a very apologetic and empathetic message from the vendor explaining the mail issues beyond her control. I have since received the adorable dog tag and am delighted with the appearance and quality. The additional parts- ring, attachments etc to hook on the collar are all substantial, weighty and a beautiful gold colour. Love it! Thank you. Worth the wait!

I received my dogs jacket and it was too small. I contacted Chocodogger and explained that the jacket did not fit. Without question, they immediately sent me a return slip that I placed on my return package and they shipped me the next size up. I will be shopping from this vender from this day onward.

I think the multi-level, swiveling food bowl is fantastic. It absolutely slows down the time it takes for my pup to eat. I would give that product 5 stars.

It's the Portable Pet Water Bottle that I'm having trouble with. I have read and re-read the directions but I cannot get past Step 01: "Push the bottle forwards to separate." I cannot get the bottle to separate so I can't get to the next step. At the moment, I would have to give that product 3 stars.

I still have not received my item that I purchased on November 10th. I have no information and the tracking number that was provided is still on November 18th date with no update
