Dårlig oplevelse men fint produkt
Jeg købte et par solbriller hos Christopher Cloos hvor det hele gik lidt skævt. Først trækker de pengene fra min konto før de sender brillerne, hvilket er utroligt dårlig stil - men det set før. Og efter lidt snak frem og tilbage med kundeservice bliver jeg forsikret om at de er på vej. Brillerne jeg modtager er sendt i forkert størrelse, så jeg tager ned i butikken i københavn og returnere dem. Det viser sig der er sket en fejl ved afsendelsen og de først kan levere min størrelse efter 3-4 uger. Her bliver jeg lovet at få mine penge retur, men der sker ligesom ikke rigtigt noget. Men jeg får en ny pakke med posten hvor de biller jeg lige har afleveret er sendt tilbage til mig igen. Så der er sket noget miskommunikation i butikken, så jeg tager ned i butikken endnu engang for at aflevere brillerne i den forkerte størrelse. Denne gang får jeg en bekræftelse på mail om at jeg har afleveret brillerne og at jeg skal have pengene retur. Jeg hører intet om min refundering før jeg selv skriver for en status hvor integrations delen af webshoppens betalingsløsning så er gået i stykker, efter at insistere på en bankoverførsel og selv fremsende kontooplysninger ender betalingsløsningen med at virke igen og jeg får overført pengene tilbage efter en smule kamp.
Jeg forstår fuldt ud at et nyt firma der prøver at etablere sig kan have nogle udfordringer, og derfor blev jeg også glad for at Alexander fra Christopher Cloos efterfølgende hev fat i mig. Jeg syntes dog bare det en smule sent når først kunden skriver en vred anmeldelse og har siddet og undersøgt mulighederne for at gå til en offentlig klageinstans. Jeg har efterfølgende haft en god dialog med firmaet der har beklaget min process. Jeg syntes også et firma skal have muligheden for at gribe kunder hvor det er gået helt galt, så alle kan gå fra det med en nogenlunde oplevelse.
Kvaliteten af brillerne jeg fik var rigtig fin, så produktet er godt og derfor syntes jeg også man bør tage et kig ned forbi butikken og se varerne indtil de har fået helt styr på deres online process. Jeg er i dialog dem nu og håber at det lykkedes at min næste daily solbrille bliver fra dem.

Missing Frames & Money
Ordered frames August 3rd 2022 with nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed and got a story that glasses could not be shipped due to "situations in the world" but if I changed my order to a different style I could get it shipped immediately but if I want the one I ordered another 3 weeks. It says in stock and 3-8 days shipping on their website. Emailed again, different story now the frames were sent back to the manufacturer because they were not up to standards? What is the truth? I want a refund. I don't want to wait months for glasses. I can't. I have a fixed income. I bought these because I thought they were a reputable company because of their association with Tom Brady. I was offered a gift card for $75, what glasses can I get for $75? I am so upset. After another half dozen emails and no availability of the glasses, I have finally received my refund.

I got a pair of the st barth's for…
I got a pair of the st barth's for myself and my boyfriend in 2021 and we both loved it. A year later, one of my lenses broke and I was devastated because they've been my favorite pair of glasses for over a year. I reached out to customer service and explained what had happened. I got a response within a day and a brand new shipment was sent a few days later at no cost to me. Customer service was terrific and super responsive. I would give more stars if there were more. Thank you for the new pair and for your patience.

Great sunglasses, even better customer support
To start off, I have worn my CC glasses for a year and change. I kept the glasses in top condition, and they have been my favorite pair I've ever owned. Sadly, I had a screw come loose and fall out of the frames. I reached out to CC support after this, and they have been extremely attentive and helpful. All I wanted was a screw to fix the glasses, but they helped me out even more than this. The agent was very forward thinking and clearly a problem solver. It was a really smooth process with them listening to my problems, information, and wants. After emailing back and forth multiple times, the sir or madam assisting me said they would send a new pair to me!! This has been a fantastic experience with customer service, and I will be sticking with CC sunglasses for the foreseeable future no doubt.

Great customer service, would highly recommend
I ordered a pair of aviators from CC in 2020. When the sunglasses were lost in shipping, not only did they expedite a replacement pair, they also sent me a pair of blue light glasses.
More recently, my toddler broke my aviators. I sent them a photo to see if I could get a replacement part, but they agreed to send me an entirely new pair of frames! I could not recommend Christopher Cloos more highly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES 5 STARS; PRODUCT 4 STARS; LOGISTICS ONLY 2 STARS.
This is my third round with Christopher Cloos. As far as the frames go, they're pretty solid. They run a little "big" and/or "heavy" and I find myself often times pushing them back up my nose. However, I like to wear my frames as close to my eyes as I can so it may be preference.
I note that 2/3 orders were administratively mismanaged. Bother were delayed due to issues with the supplier. I was notified about one (3-4 week delay) and was offered express shipping. The second I was provided no notice until I emailed Christopher Cloos 4 months later. Then, they realized my order "fell through the cracks." However, the customer service team was AWESOME. They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, offered a variety of option (replacement, etc.), provided express shipping, and offered a gift card.
Overall, I have been disappointed by the logistics, satisfied with the product, and impressed by the customer service - who the reason for this four star review.
