I had an issue with my glasses where both arms came away from the frame. I reached out directly to their customer service and they responded quickly with a resolution. I appreciate all the help and would recommend Christopher Cloos to anyone.

The customer service is second to none! Not only do they reply in a timely manner, but they also ALWAYS make it right. My Clip-On pair had some issues and they sent me a new pair to make it right. Shipping from Denmark to the United States isn’t cheap, but they value their customers and those are the companies I like to support! I highly recommend Christopher Cloos.

Value for your money
There are certain brands where you pay thousands for a brand name, but get no valu you for your money, and then there are this brand where you get it all! As a sailor I need glasses who can dim down all the blinding reflections in the ocean, and these are just too good. I admire both the designs and quality that these glasses offer. Great brand and lots of sunglasses for your money. No one will regret buying a pair!

Honest, excellent service
Christopher Cloos offers a product that is simply a bit better. They're a bit more stylish than alternatives. They're a lot better build quality. They give guidance and sales support in a way where I didn't feel forced to buy something, but instead honestly and aptly guided. This was the biggest positive about my visit, and the basis of this review. This way of selling must have worked, as I needed some sunglasses but now want to rack a collection akin to Elton John

Plain and simple purchasing process. The glasses came on time, and were in perfect condition. I haven’t yet tried on a pair of sunglasses of this quality. From the glass itself to the rim. You can see that these guys know what they’re doing. 100% recommend.
